Quote:Yeah that worked. Knew the answer had to be staring at me in the face. Thanks now my brain will not explode.Paragonwiki will tell you all about it. I think you just want "ccpeacebringer" there. Good luck.

So I wanted to make a Macro to where my Peacebringer could quickly change into the costume slot where his Celestial Armor is. And I want to use the change effect of "Peacebringer Shapeshift" but it doesn't seem to be working.
CEL is what I called it.
(This worked with lightning effect)
/macro CEL cc_e 4 cclightning
(This worked with Presto Chango)
/macro CEL cc_e 4 ccprestochango
But with Peacebringer Shapeshift I've tried:
/macro CEL cc_e 4 ccpeacebringershapeshift
&
/macro CEL cc_e 4 ccpeacebringer_shapeshift
&
/macro CEL cc_e 4 ccpeacebringer-shapeshift
None of them works. Do I have the wrong command? Well obviously I do but does someone know how to make this work? -
-
I asked this question on Protector last night and someone told me you could make them. I foolishly rushed to AE to check.
So if anyone has a bridge to sell I'm might fall for it. -
And that is what I want. I want to create a custom Kheldian critter. Does anyone know why the Devs have not permitted this?
-
Are we unable to make Peacebringers or Warshades in the Mission Architect? Or do I need to unlock something. I thought I had everything unlocked in there.

No Wailers but the Rikti are probably there.

First thanks for the responses.
But I'm going to come out and say that I think my question was pretty stupid if you know anything about tanks and scrappers the differences are kinda obvious.
I guess more then anything (and I should have said it in the OP) I wanted to get a feel for those who tried it and what they liked and didn't liked.
As for myself I went the Tanker route and I'm having a lot of fun with it, which in the end is only important thing when it comes to this game.
Thank you to all! -
Thinking about making a Fiery Aura/Fiery Melee Tank
but I see I can do a Fiery Melee/Fiery Aura Scrapper.
Other then the differences in Inherrent powers what are the pro/cons of choosing one over the other? -
More cases of selective memory. I never once said I was attacked, I said the post was attacked.
But if you must type something to make you feel better by all means.
In the end. I got my answer. And I never said I never use the Search, I said I found it pathetic.
The end. -
Quote:Now your reaching. And should I ask something that's been asked time and time again in the future and your head explodes hopefully I won't get any on me.Oh? Not even the mods? From the forum rules (also in the How to Search First sticky up top, which itself should tell you something by dint of it BEING a sticky) :
That aside, no, you cannot "post anything you want to." You can post anything NCSoft and/or Paragon Studios decides to let stand. You cannot post porn or links to porn, for instance. (Well, you can, but you won't be doing it again on that account, and the post(s) will go bye bye.) -
Quote:Guess you have selective memory but the post was attacked before I "reacted".1. Yes actually you did start it because you openly admitted that you have no regard for how often a suggestion has been discussed before posting, and you have no intention of using the search tools.
2. This is an open forum and you have no authority to dictate who posts in a thread you start nor what they choose to say. If you aren't mature enough to deal with criticism then you should refrain from posting till you grow up, or you should make use of the ignore feature the forums provide.
And as this is an open forum as you say you prove my arguement, I can post anything I want even if its a question asked a billion times and no one should be telling not to. -
Not my attitude, I didn't start it. You should respond to a post politely or politely ignore it.

Personally I'm hoping they don't go for a god theme on the incarnates. I'm hoping it stays broad as possible to fit people's story ideas for their toons.
I'd rather an incarnate system that is based on elements or ideas.
Incarnate of: Fire or Earth or Wind.
Incarnate of Justice (willpower based), Love (Empathy type) Hate (Pain domination), Strength (Super Strength), Thunder (weather/lighting)
And this works for the god route to. If you wanted an incarnate of Thor who is the God of Thunder then use the appropriate element. -
I got an answer from a helpful human being so I don't care.

Quote:Thank you. There are many, many reasons why the devs are unlikely to implement this sort of thing however I will limit myself to just giving you the response Positron gave when asked about it in the last Q&A.

How about this just ignore it and don't waste your time reading it. Because frankly I find the search feature on here pathetic so if I have a question I ask and I don't care how often its been asked before.
-
Old thought finally asking about it.
Played this for many years but my previous MMORPG experience was Star Wars Galaxies. Its crap I know but when you did a respec on it your could completely rebuild your character. Like if you were a Bounty Hunter you could change out all your skills and be a Merchant or Cook or whatever.
So when I got my first respec on this game long time ago, I was surprised that I couldn't change my Primary and Secondary Sets. What I mean by is being a MA and switching to Katana as my primary.
Has there ever been a discussion on why this route wasn't ever taken? Not sure how it could hurt the game if it was possible. -
Quote:I may just get stuck with having to do this. Suck starting over level 1.throw a . or a ' or a , or a - into his name somewhere, for example:
Super'guy
Superguy-
Superguy.
Or just think of some other alias or nickname he might have and use that.
But it may happen, I never thought they would do multiple builds and although people like to say, "never going to happen" a lot on these forums, things tend to eventually happen.
For a long time even the Devs would say the Power Customization wasn't possible now we have it.
However this? I don't see it as a problem, I don't see how it would be hard to do after allowing multiple-builds.
Web-slinging (Never going to happen, even I believe that one.) -
I know I can fake it by using an alt but then he'd have to have a different name.
-
We have the ability to have a toon with a multiple build so I can reorganize my powers depending upon the situation that's cool.
What I would like to see is the ability to have a dual archtype. You could swap between archtypes like you do builds, speaking to a trainer.
For example I have a MA/SR who I wrote up as ex-military. It would be cool to be able to use the same toon as a blaster for AR or Dual Pistols. -
Actually if this was a forum game for: Suggest the worst game idea ever.
This could win.
