Everyone who's cool is on BURCHOO. 'Nuff said.

I refuse to be part of your Perv Mind. I'm an individual!

Whole lotta nice One Piece stuff there Cashoo. :3

HAHAHAHAA~
Oh politics. It's NEVER a good idea to bring politics onto the internet. Enjoy your Palin/Woods backlash. -
Now, is the Kat that BW talked to the real Kat? Or the one I've replaced in order to get more sweet BW arts? Hmmm?

Batman has WAY hotter babes in his supporting cast. No contest here.

Quote:I've used a lot of those types of controllers before and I was always happiest with my 5 dollar Radio Shack connectors. They didn't have a hub, rather it was simply a direct converter from cord to USB plug, which made it *lightening* fast in response time. I notice that KiKi Joys and the like have just a tad of input lag that bothers the absolute hell out of me, because when you're doing j.HK > s.HP > df+LP > dp+HP >> qcb, hcf+PP on a reaction, you simply have no room for input error. All the new adapters have more circuitry and chips within the hub and that slows down the input just that hair it takes for me to miss my moves.
Suichiro is correct, that is indeed an adapter to allow console controllers to be used
with USB for modern games (sometimes an analog stick is the right tool for the job)
like flight sims and fighting games... but it also lets you rock the classic games of Yore... more on that later.
They work fantastically for every other type of game though, and I doubt that Pyro is the kind of person that is OCD about needing to be able to juggle with an SDM on a wire attack. :3 -
A looks like it has better port placement and accessibility, but the clear panel on the side is obnoxious as I commonly leave my computer on while I sleep. The ambient light would make me want to huck it through a window.
Case B looks like it has better airflow, just judging by the placement of the case fans. It also looks like it's CD/DVD drive is tucked away more, which would make it more annoying for someone who swaps disks a lot, but that doesn't bother me.
Personally I'm all about the ground case, so B would be my personal choice. -
Number 6 looks like a KikiJoy to me. Game controller to USB adapter. So I'm going with some type of peripheral connection hub.

From the tales I hear, the reason people rag on Rob is because he's a genuine a**hole in real life as well. One who apparently doesn't actually make it well in the business because he owes a lot of people a lot of money. Combine that with the bad quality of work here and you've got a recipe for trolling.

LJ, I'm genuinely curious why you refuse to use basic drawing techniques in your works. Do you hate the extra time they take, perhaps the inferred idea that it's controlling you, or simply resent the pre-established 'ways' of doing things?
Every artist struggles with their own nature, though I've met very few who seem opposed to their own forward progress. -
I found Mel a long time back, at a place which I cannot link to on these forums. :3

Anyone is always welcome to tear into my stuff too. Because if you're gonna be uppity about other people's works then you gotta have an equally strong ability to take critiques right back. I know my limitations as an artist. :3
See, I just keep safe by never actually doing art anymore. -
LOL, I would love to see that. That's something that you just can't do here on these forums.

Honestly, this is a divide in Shia's 'Save the World' theme and Foo's 'End of the World' theme. They're both going for completely different aspects and thusly I think they can't really be compared the same way. I feel like they both accomplished their goal and thusly I had to go with the more technically sound piece.

I like the amount of characters that each artist put into their pieces and the themes that they brought to the table with the various threats and past wars that the canon story has available to CoX. Each artist put a lot of effort into their pieces and definitely deserve their spots here at the end.
My vote though has to go with Shia here.
His use of three point perspective (almost four point) has an epic feel and the well oriented layout draws my eye through the picture very effectively. The scale of the battle is grander due to the way he framed his shot, this definitely feels like the entire city is under siege. -
Good lord, this is wonderful Beedub. She's so full of sass and she has a wonderful expression on her face. I also love the fact that you went for a totally different style than you normally do. It's a real treat to see you try different stuff and you're so very good at it.
I'm insanely jealous of Kat now. :3 -
Quote:Which is funny, because out of the two games, I find this playerbase to be complete retards. I mean, tanks not taking mez toggles, empaths having medicine pool? Guh.I run Everything on disgustingly high specs, and to see WoW run with such crispness, almost makes the game forgivable, if it's player base wasn't so stupid.
WoW never really seemed to need high specs to play it. It's this game that needs a great performing system to really get the most out of it. With all the particle effects and physics going on, it can be a lag fest on spammy teams. I know my SG's ITFs and LRSFs have crashed more than a few PuG members. -
They're not really dead. They're just exhausted from a long night of [knitting] each other in the [water slide] with [handsome] [cookie sheets] made of [underwater] [priests] and [a kangaroo] until they couldn't [jump] [milk bottles] or stand or [drive] anymore. And [shiny] vodka.
I love Mad Libs. :3 -

There are three people dead in the middle-ground I can't quite make out and a villain (crab spider) purched up on a rooftop.

I agree that the balloon FFgen was genius.
