all Heals, hp buffs andaccolade boosts work off your base HP.

i have 1539.4 HP on live and with this extra 5%, i have 1606.3 HP. That's 115% on live as my base, 120% base on test.

On test, my Regen gets to 2400.1 HP. On live, it's 2333.2.


Recon heals 25% of your base(100%) hp value. Accolades do not affect that. DP does not affect that.

DP heals 40% of your base HP and boosts your hp by 40% of the base value. That is not affected by accolades. That's how it's always worked.

Also, there is an HP cap. it's 180% for scrappers and about 172% for tanks.

with all the accolades and a 3heal slotted DP, you get this.

100% +5%(pj) +5%(tfc) +10%(fprm) +59%(dp) = 179%

Tanks will not notice an increase when under DP, scrappers will. But both will see it when DP is down.

i regretably and accidentally overcompensated for the streakbreaker based on a misunderstanding on my part.

those numbers there already take the streakbreaker into account. so in my earlier post, when i subtracted the 210 atttacks, i was incorrect.

the real defense being given by Kin +EC is (50% - 33.07%) or 16.93, not 20.08

so 16.93 - 12.75 = 4.18% def for EC.

and, since i PM'd this to Castle and he agreed the result was too high and said the real number for EC is actually 3.75%, I think this test agrees with that.

I'm really sorry to get your hopes up and for confusing anyone. I try to not make mistakes like this. Sorry.

These final numbers then are the tested and confirmed EA numbers, much thanks to TopDoc for correcting me.

Kinetic shield: 12.75% S/L, ??% E
Power shield: 15% F/C/E, 10.5% N

now subtract out 210 hits for the streakbreaker, and we get 1996/6671 = 29.92% hit rate, or 20.08% defense.

Kin shield is definitely 12.75%. castle said it and my earlier tested comfirmed it within 0.4%

20.08 - 12.75 = 7.33% base def for Energy Cloak

So it looks like Energy Cloak is 7.5% defense to all.

there, now no one has a reason to skip it.

Is the Family Boss badge bugged currently? i had a good 50% on it as I was working to unlock the Slot Machine and when I logged in today, the entire bar is empty. I ran around Port Oakes killing some bosses but the bar wouldn't move.
