The recovery is so large, I am strongly considering not slotting it. I may go with 4 boosted Scirocco's and two boosted Heal IOs. But I have so much to consider for my main build, it is hard to say. I am still hoping we can convince Hawk to allow the power to use Accurate Healing sets.

Come Issue 24 and the ability to color the epic powers, I would consider a dark colored Flame Mastery. Wreathed in dark flames is a great look and Rise of the Phoenix is a fabulous power that seems to fit someone being chased by ghost hunters.Quote:Originally Posted by sypher_vendetta

I would personally prefer to have Boxing and Kick merged into the same power, with either a punch or a kick animation available via power customization, and something added to the set that's NOT an attack to serve as a gate for the toggles.

I disagree. I took Radial Rebirth on my blaster and haven't looked back (I do have Clarion as well but I only really use it on the Underground trial). Given the choice between managing my mez protection with inspirations and managing my health with inspirations I find it much easier to use break frees and emerges. The Regeneration tail on Radial Rebirth really makes a huge difference.
My ranger blaster has Rebirth (my other level 50 blasters are still works in progress and are not yet to the level of Destiny).
If you like the regen tail on Rebirth, the sustain coming in I24 is going to be larger than that. It should be good. -

Burnout likely won't recharge Burst of Speed though, I think it is a lockout mechanic, rather than true recharge? Or maybe it will bring it back, but only let you use it once? -
