In the mist like dark energy in the shadows up a corner of the room, a vampire Known as Leeches was listening, she chuckled to herself, she needed no bounty money but would like it of course, she stayed in her shadow stuff as she thought to herself. Then she remebered, yes that priest, he wished to have her locked up in a cage did he. He once accused her of being insane, he would pay by watching his allies die one by one.

She showed herself slowly coming out of the shadow stuff she was hiding in, she usually disliked making such a entrance but felt she had to make herself known. She bowed to the countess and said in a polite voice, "It would be a honour to destroy the priests band of heroes countess".
With that she moved out of the room hovering above the floor, she had work to do, she had soldiers to prepare, the future would be very profitable.

Well it was just my opinion of Statesman, I guess its true that msot of them don't do a lot though, I was thinking more its odd Statesman is hardly mentioned, and by reasoning with Recluse I ment, the man himself, Liberty is trying to get rid of Recluses army with Longbow,(Something she probably should be hated more than statesman for :P) But she intends to try to reason and bring Recluse, her uncle back. Or am I getting her confused with somone else Sister psyc possibly? Sorry been a while.

But Statesman has no such story, it would be nice to say see him heading a group of heroes on risky missions, attacking the Rikti, as to me they are probably a bigger threat than Recluse at the moment at least, though on the flip side I would like to see Recluse get more proactive as well, after all he is number one baddie well joint baddie with nemesis yet dont seem to do much.

in short I agree you could get rid of most main characters in this game and you probably wouldnt notice, but Statesman is the face of this game, so you would think he would be seen about a lot more often, though I actually wish they all could be more active, I mean I ahve never seen some of them at all ever.

I get this also, like a train speeding by, usually only when i first log in though, or make a new char, I oddly thought it was the train hero side, till i realiesed wait i'm on villains!

Well the way I avoid the xp problem is set my arcs for 50's that dont mean under 50's cant play them but under 50's will struggle so I just say teams recommended, as I really wouldnt want a poor old 30 or 20 trying it and getting nuked instantly. And setting it 50 does sure the xp problem mostly.

Well, I am sort of indifferent about old Statesman, I missed the whole Jack thing entirely almost so have never seen him as Statesman, but all I have to go on concenring him is, he stands around in a light of awesome, he makes the occasional speech, he can punch space ships out the sky and errm he punches villains in one arc but dont seem all that interested in punching villains. I mean he seems to have a bit of a odd edge to him as well, he dont seem to mind that Longbow go about beating on people in the streets of Mercy, some of which might not even be escappes from the zig.

Yet when Arachnos sends its soldiers to Paragon to rough some heroes up, they are the scum of the universe! Even though Recluse don't do that much he is a more interesting character than Statesman, he does have a vision, he is working towards something, and it seems now despite his vendetta against statesman its more Liberty who is interested in trying to reason with Recluse. Where as States as a whole seems to stand around going LOL RECLUSE. Even the reason on the vendetta seems to be more because Statesman is now a figurehead for good not for anything hes done recently. Maybe the books expand on this, I am just going on what we see or what I have seen in game.

So just going on that Statesman dont seem to really do much of anything though I dont hate the character as I dont think of him as Jack so humm in game thus far removing him wouldnt really matter but the devs no do have a chance to make him show what hes really about and perhaps make him more likable or at least give him a personality of his own.

I am up for this, so old leeches will indeed be slamming some hero scum into the dirt, face first. Let Paragons demise commence muwhahahaha *cough* Plus she has a Arachnos version so it could work out whichever way this goes.

In other terms this idea does sound awesome.

Well if any of you have lowbies on villain side, i'm usually shouting out for a team villain side in PO or Mercy from about 5 pm most nights got a few lowbie alts so do my bit for poor little lost villains.

I struggled on how to put what I think about this into words. so I shall do it in the way of a old budwiser advert :P.

Poeple said NO you cant give a corrupter pink dark balls, but you dared to dream, when others said less you siad MOAR mr colour my power dev we salute you, because nothing says I hate you better than a pink fluffy ball of screaming skulls.

On a more serious note im a bit iffy about stalkers with a broad sword I mean arnt they ment to be sneaky?.

As Leeches arrived face first in the Oroburus area she swore and slowly stood up and saw that Mechano had already left the very angry owners of the Oroburus and they all glared at her and she bowed in fake respect, "So sorry about all this, just a little emergancy".
She pressed something on one of her gloves, "Now to see how my little present I left behind goes".

Back at the convoy a small device on the floor near the back of the van exploded letting out a cloud of green gas, it was mostly harmless but would be enough to sting at the eyes and lungs of the Longbow attackers. she was sure any remaining Villians could take a bit of irritation, if not oh well they were too weak to be true villains.

She took another look around at the menders and smiled showing rows of sharp shark like teeth and said, "Ah yes, awfully sorry must dash".
With that she went to the exit portal and teleported to Port Oaks to plan her attack on a Longbow base, she would have her revenge on them for spiling her fun, silly little hero wannabes heh yes she would enact her revenge as soon as possible.

Leeches fired wildly all around herself and she had got partially stuck in part of the web grenades mess, she swore and struggled to free her leg as a savage lightning storm started to kick up in the area, she didn't have much time, she had to get out of this fast.
"Just typical of Longbow no stumach for a proper fight".
She tried a way out she was not too keen on and lowered her armour it worked enough to untangle her leg and she flung herself at Mechano's Portal just catching it in time. She had been lucky, she had been too slow thanks to the webbing for Ghouls exit plan. She reminded herself next time she would make her own escape plans, she still saw this as a great sucess though, she still had the weapons she had been after for months and would make sure she put them to use against a Longbow base on the Islands.

The hero Justice For All had just got a Skull gang under control in Kings row when he saw seven robots round a corner, so these were the things that had been seen blowing stuff up. It was time to put a stop to that, however as he approached them each robot exploded one after another. Self destruct? This whole thing had been a trick!

Leeches looked at the helicoper and hissed slightly, she hated Longbow, she saw them as deceptive. At least Arachnos were pretty clear about their goals, Longbow however liked to play games and take the moral high ground. She fired a flash arrow at some arriving longbow guardians temporary blinding them. She ran along the roof of the truck and took a Rune from Ghoul as she entered the van and took some weapons, yes this is what she had been hoping for, she smirked slightly and exited the truck watching around her for any Longbow movement
"I do so wish we could smash their pretty little helicopter out of the sky, oh well another time perhaps".
She said with a hint of annoyance.

She fired a glue arrow in front of two approaching Longbow guardians and mecyilessly gunned them down with her laser rifle as they struggled to break free, she smirked slightly under her helmet. To her these were more legitimate targets that the police. Longbow were enemy combatants the police were just a service.

Leeches arrived at the attack site and smiled slightly as she flew over the truck itself, such a big target easy to hit, she lifted her bow and fired a EMP arrow directly at the truck. The arrow smashed into the roof of the drivers cabbin and activated and the truck lurched to a slow halt, now it would be going nowhere. She switched to fire arrows and fired one into the petrol tank of one of the police motorbikes and it exploded in a impressive fireball.

She activated her armour, the armour seemed to appear from her clothing covering her in a insect like body armour and a fanged skull helmet with two twisted horns on it. She landed on the roof of the truck and got her laser rifle off her back as her wings sank back into her back, she crouched down and fired at the driver of the other motorbike hitting him in the shoulder and sending him crashing into the floor, she then waited and watched to see what would happen next. So far though it had seemed to be going off without a hitch.


In kings row her robots had began their attack and were firing into shop windows ignoring the Skull looters entirely, if anything they were helping them, the gangsters cheered as rockets and laser blasts blew shop windows and parked cars apart. people scattered in terror as the robots continued their rampage and a petrol station was attacked by them and there was a spectacular explosion.

Leeches herd Mechanos call as she hid in the shadows of the roof of a skycraper, she answered Mechano, "Leeches here, all is ready, robots now on route to begin causing trouble in Kings Row, I will be heading to the target zone, out".

With that bat like wings burst from her back and she took to the skies on her way to the real target, she had to admit the doctor did have a style. It was amusing to think of the heroes scrambling around in panic.

In a warehouse seven large crates had recently arrived and had been left in a corner, they were supposed to be carrying spare parts. That however was not the case, each crates front fell off and smashed to the floor in unison and a large battle robot clambered out of each one, they each had six lasers at the end of one arm and three rocket launchers at the end of the other, they lifted their weapons as one and blew a hole in the side of the warehouse and made their way to the shopping district of Kings Row.

Well my main might be in on it too, but i have no diea on a costume file for leeches Humm, will sort that by tomorrow, if this is for the same plot. I think it is And is there a NWA channel or am I suffering from after work confusion syndrome.

Rain hit the dirty streets or Port Oaks as a robot moved through them with purpose, it had to make the delivery unfortunately it was a little too hasty. As it rounded a corner it inadvertently tripped a booby trap and electric charged wires wrapped around it, the wire moved on a winch system slowly lifting it up into the air and leaving it hanging upside down with electricity flowing around it.

In a darkened room curled up in a egg shaped chamber in the middle with just red glowing eyes showing. Countess leeches watched a screen showing the trapped robot, it was a live feed from a camera someone, or in the case something had wondered into her property zone. Two of her personal soldiers moved into view their silver armour glittering in the grey daylight. One of them turned the power off and the other cautiously picked up a red box from the floor after tapping it with the butt of his rifle, he said down his helmet radio, "It's not a bomb, it's addressed to you mistress, from some Mechano guy".

Leeches hissed slightly and uncurled herself, "Ah the good doctor has sent us something, bring it to me, and release his robot, he probably wouldn't be best pleased if one of his family was destroyed, luckily that trap was only for organics, anyway bring the box, hurry, then find out how they knew where to find me!

Leeches held the phone in her hand and sniffed it curiously, no tricks, no traps, it was what it seemed, she tapped on it with her long claw like nails and phone the Doctor up making sure he knew that her robots were in transit for the distraction and that she would personally like to take part in the ambush, she had some equipment that she wanted to test, this raid would prove that opportunity.

Yep this is the response to the new stuff.

I thought this was a myth lol wow awesome so it wasn't a joke, I knew they were planning something.

Glowing red eyes viewed the TV silently as Mechanos message ended, The Cyborg/wairth/vampire hybrid known as lady or in her more pretentious times countess Leeches slowly uncurled her slender form and stood, as she did so bat like wings burst out of her back, "So the doctor want's an alliance with us, scum hah, we will see yes we will, Paragon must burn, it will burn". With that she took flight with shadows stuff whisping around her it was time to make a call, maybe even an appearance time would tell.

I am 100% up for this, I have been struggling to get back in the game latly, and really struggling with role play for quite some time. But now that my main villain has been altered quite a bit from her origins I think she would fit in with this, also I would like my secondary villain in this as well, if thats ok. Only because they hate each others guts and would be as much trouble to each other as they would to the heroes, though I do predict a lot of infighting anyway so might change my mind with this. zonal rp PVP though is something ive never done though so would be a fun new experiance.

In short, yes I am very interested.

Leeches smirked, so the lobster had some powers, there was something amusing about a lobster with super powers, she felt the walls and the remains of the roof shake and decided it was time for plan B. She shouted, "Ok lobster, if you want to play nasty, so shall I". With that she set her robots to self distruct and pressed a few buttons on her rifle as the ground and walls shook and a spinning drill lifted out of her rifle and spread out, it looked almost like a metal umbrella and she drilled herself an escape route through the roof and hovered away laughing as her robots exploded in large explosions. The lobsters may have tried to trap her but she had won, though it was not the glorious victory she had hoped for a draw would do. She landed on the floor and walked through the streets shooting the occasional enemy with her rifle as she tracked where the bomb truck had gone.

Justice For All was taken by surpise by this new development and the car hit him square in the chest and he smashed into and through the wall off a small shop, he rolled across the floor knocking shelvs flying and slowly got to his feet breathing painfully. "Ok that hurt, these things might look strange but they hit hard".
He shook his head to clear it and limped out of the shop door, he painfully fired a ice slick under the robots feet then took covered behind a wall while he regained his strength, hell the robot looked like a cowboy maybe some line dancing would do it good.

Leeches shield took some of the impact, so she had been right, some lobsters were still here. She quickly checked the targets before taking cover, it seemed they had a leader, plus some kind of explosive device. she smiled slightly, this would be a two fold victory for her. She would take out the lobster leader and their bomb, get a specimen and be seen as a hero for saving the city. she chuckled to herself, ah this was going to be a good day, though one thing did puzzle her slightly, why were the lobsters so convinced she was an assassin? She would ask her captive for answers after and she opened fire.

Justice for all decided to try something, after seeing how the mushroom men needed water, there was a ruptured water pipe near by and he fired a freezing blast at it freezing that source of water the mushroom men saw what he was doing though and charged him. he punched and kicked several of them out of his way but had to back up. He spun around and punched a wall with all his might then activated his ice shield as the wall collapsed landing on the mushroom men, it had not been a very high wall though so they would only be wounded. He then moved on to freeze any water sources he could find in the area.

Justice for all shook his head in confusion, what the hell? He had to be dreaming this, that or this baron person was an absolute nutcase. He hoped for the former but knew it was the latter. He dove for cover as weapons fire exploded around him and he smashed into a pile of rubbish, oh great he thought as he stood up his ice shield raising again and he charged a group of mushroom men, he would have to do more than this, he needed a plan but he had no idea what you could do to plan against madness like this.


Leeches landed with a clunk of her armoured boots on the floor, glad that she had been spared the bother of looking for survivors, she headed for the sewer hole casual blasting some of the Mushroom men with her pulse rifle. It was still set on stun though but she had a purpose now, she wanted samples and what little her scanners could tell her there were still a few lobster things around. She would capture one and experiment on it, yes that was it! She smirked slightly, the hero down here was probably already dead anyway, these creatures may look strange almost comedic but their weapons were serious enough. She hovered down the sewer hole and her eyes glowed red and she lifted her rifle. She powered up her personal shield and prepared to move into the tunnel proper.
