All taunt powers would be "step up" as there is no need for change for this one.
The assassins power would be assassins fist, the exact same animation as assassins shock but with a firey fist aura on the attacking hand.
"step up" and "trip" would be replaced by Placate and Assassins Fist, and for some reason, nobody has commented on the effects of "Gut Punch" -

Give them a teleportation device, but make them tap co-ordinates on thier gaunlet then teleport themselves, teamates or enemies. a cool travel power just for them that still fits in with the devices they have

Or maybe even get the Doors, walls or fences and smash them through the enemy

Apparently when/if shields goes live, blue steel (the trainer in kings row) becomes a hero NPC with the shields power, villains can fight him at some point, somtething to do with the PPD I reckon. possibly in the highest bank mission or a new story arc

This may have been suggested many times before, but hell, I'll say it once more with a different pitch, Urban Combat, a melee powerset that doent include weaponry like the newer types, I'm sure you'd find the effects included in this somewhat 'Different'
1) Punch (smashing damage, chance to disorient) [brawl animation]
2) Toe Kick (smashing damage, chance to know back) [kick animation]
3) Swinging Hook (smashing damage, cone) [swings fist in front creating an arc]
4) Trip (smashing damage, Knockdown) [Dragons tail animation]
5) Build up (+ DMG) [basic build up but with tarzan emote]
6) Gut Punch (smashing damage, foe vomit 3 sec delay) [boxing animation]
7) Step up (foe taunt) [taunt then beat fist animation]
8) Crippling Strike (smashing damge, foe - DMG, disorient) [strong punch to the chest]
9) Power Uppercut (smashing damage, knockup, knockback, disorient) [upercut but with a firey fist aura] -
then I didnt notice that
But as soon as you hit level 10 you do whatever you like with your character, you dont need to be human anymore, in fact, you dont have to be human at all as there are some non-human face options and different coulourable skins -
I cant help noticing that VEATS and HEATS have to stick to a natural origin, but that seems unfair to players who want thier character to be of a different origin, I have a few short descriptions of an origin based VEAT/HEAT
VEATS
magic - a fortunata gained mystical psichic powers manifested within her mind making psichics easy
technology - a Robotic crab spider unit built to eliminate targets with its assault mechanisms
science - a Bane spider super serum project was succesful creating a superhuman arachnos
Mutation - a normal person who grew stingers when stricken with a mutant virus making a perfect widow
HEATS
magic - using a binding spell to merge with a kheldian entity created a mystical entity of energy
technolgy - a robot that can shapeshift by using DNA from a kheldian entity
science - an experiment to infuse kheldian energy into a human to create a Kheldian/human hybrid
mutation - strands of cosmic energy transformed someone into a kheldian entity when traveling in space -
My main idea for the Mu Specter is that there is a career paths that lead to stealth for both the soldier and widow, I added a Mu stealth one so it fitted in nicely with the current VEAT concept of a mixed character to an Assault or stealth type of character, the Mu is more like Widow to a Fortunata or Bane.

Well, if they are bound, they serve only arachnos, so if they have a few magic cloths tied around each individual limb, it shows they are loosley bound and can express emotions, discisions and ideas, the perfect weapon to infiltrate project destiny

It would be ace, but the animations wouldnt change at all, the Mu is no longer tied up (although he has some tied cloth draping off certain parts of the body) so most of the animations would stay the same or be recycled, I have tried using mainly only red tinted electrical attacks so it wouldnt take as much time to create.
basically its a Soldier(ish) looking type with attacks from Electrical Melee/mastery/armour/blast/manipulation. and I give thanks to TenshiYami who helped me think this one up. -
I have felt like theres a missing VEAT in the options be already have, I cant help noticing that its a human type too so it should be possible, I'm talking about Mu Mystics, I have a similar built to the Widows/soldiers for them.

I was going to wait till my other suggestions cooled down then faded away, but i have a terrible memory and a loud mouth
My Idea is only small, but would make a bit of a change to the Ninjas MM powerset, [u]as soon as[u] Archery and Trick arrow get proliferated for Corruptors, could we change the attack powers of the bow into:
Shuriken (Genin version, not scrapper)
Poison Dart (Jounins poison dart attack)
Exploding Shuriken (weaker scrapper version)
Thre would be a small weapon customisation for the wrist bow which would consist of Legacy wrist bow, wrist bow, Gaundlet, Meat Doctor Gaundlet (unlocked be defeating 100 meat doctors) Talsorian and rularuu.
those of you who like the bow, why complain? you get a bigger powerset for it. If you like the Idea thanks, if you dont, I dont really mind as much, its a small time change -
my frst point is, so does Ninjitsu for Stalkers which I also hate but we have to put up with, my second point is not all Ninja masterminds have trick arrow secondary, and my third point is Ninja/Trick arrow used to re-draw until a patch not so long ago and people had to put up with that too.

Sounds good, a unique aura just for PB's/WS's, may I suggest something like Tendrils growing out of thier back instead of a cape too?

The name says it all, we could have A mix of Traps and Ninjitsu to make a proliferated mastermind ninjitsu powerset including Bombs, Kuji-in pet powers and placed traps.

...Meh? is that you cant be bothered explaining further or you dont care wheather it goes in or not?
Anyway, Powerset change would be good for those with maces/axes/swords who want the shield in the upcoming issue but cant because of thier already current Defense set.
I personally think we should have AT change too, an example is Villains with Ninjas/Trick arrow sometimes pick that just for the bow, but when Archery gets proliferated they cant change thier choice.
both of these examples apply to many other powers with a proliferated or upcoming proliferated powerset that they wanted originally. -

I forgot one vital thing to the list
XP transfer
when ya are tired of having an unused character on your slots you can delete him/her/it and transfer the XP to another character, although there is a catch, you can only buy a quater of it unless you purchase the other 3 with it.
and also, the AT transfer, well, its for those who have based there character on something like a Storm/Cold type but had to stick with a Controller, then the proliferation came out offering Storm/Ice Defenders and they may want that instead, they cannot change thier character completely, but to something similar. -
Pulse Rifle as a Powerset, it would be easy beacuse they can recycle the already used ones, Void seekers, Gold brikers, Crey cryo scientists and plasma cannon and laser minigun from robots.
Super stretch as a primary and secondary for dominators, it basically fits in 'all' the powers dominators have -
I have come up with a new method to purchase in game items such as new character slots and server transfers. By adding all of the Purchasable things into a 'Shopping Basket' and adding things from a column into a list of things you want to buy aswell as new things available.
you are able to purchase more than one thing at once and have more options to purchace, heres a small diagram.

In addition to this, when there is a new issue with a few new powerset changes, proliferations or new powersets, they will have the option to Buy an archetype transfer, but must be approved with reason by a in-game moderator.
This will surely improve the System of purchasing and players can change parts of their character that they dont like, Getting a new Powerset that suits there character or made a mistake in. -
Yeah, but if they did theyde have to come up with more new effects and would have to lower its damage like Dual Blades, but I can only see this appearing as the next new melee set.
It isnt compatible with shields, but has a defensive capability with the ricochet power to compensate for it, maybe the powerset itself has a + defense against melee. -
