    You should automatically get it by just logging in with the launcher. No claiming needed.

    Created a new character. Type /ChatSave. Load up old character. Type /ChatLoad.

    Next time after that, all you'll have to do is type /ChatLoad

    You could reslot with all level 10 IOs if you wanted, not that you would want to. You just couldn't slot something that had gone red, like if you had left a level 10 TO in something.

    It's the difference between Invention Enhancements and Single/Double/Training Enhancements. IOs never go bad.

    I regularly slot level 33 IOs because I exemp so often.

    No, you can make your alpha with threads. Drag down the scroll bar on the right side to see what thread components are needed.

    Check out the Mentor Project thread and join the "N P C" channel. Plenty of advice and help there.

    Also, since you mentioned level 12 and Empath, make sure you grab the Fortitude power. It's a very important buff for you. When you're on a team, who ever you're spending the most time healing, put Fortitude on them and suddenly you don't need to heal them so much.

    Maybe go back to the old launcher for a bit? I don't believe it's an absolute requirement yet.

    Also, maybe just re-install the launcher? My launcher says it's version 1.5.26.2, not 1.0.1.1.

    While UrbanDictionary.com isn't necessarily the most accurate of resources, it gives unsavory definitions for both Phooka and Pooka.

    I checked a few servers and couldn't get Phooka, but Pooka was available on Protector.

    Badge missions are offered through Ouroboros and Flashback. If you start a contact's story arc, it will stay with you and open even if you switch sides and are long past the level it would normally be run at.
