Recently Peng got herself married (and all the bachelors wailed and gnashed their teeth in frustration cos she's so sweet!).

And so, because she was asking for a generous person to help her out, I paid for her DA subscription for a year.

In return, even though I SAID it was a wedding present... she did this.

This is why PETA goes after fur more than leather... bikers tend to hurt people who dump paint on their vests.

Artists like neolucky, naughty-kittykitty, nlsxxx, robaato, and bokuman do anime styles really well. Each has their own flair, of course.

Well consider that he was put out of action for a long time when he suffered that chemical burn to his lungs a while back. That kind of injury can screw you for decades afterward, if not kill you outright.

So I would think that he's having to slow down on the artwork, plus dig thru the backlog of commissions that weren't worked on while he was recovering.

Not seeing anything new on the MMOART site is disheartening though.

But, here's the thing.

All of these 'throwaway accounts' have to come from SOMEWHERE. There has to be a history on them. What IP address was used to connect, what NCSoft account was created to house them, what GAME TRIAL CODE was used to register.

If NCSOFT was to work hand-in-hand with fileplanet or gamespot or whatever other agency is providing the trial codes/download software, they could easily take all the information already present in their systems, and zero in on the sources.

of course there's the possibility that these PL/goldfarm sites are actually recruiting noobish players so send the spam, possibly even paying them. A "distributed promotional campaign" so to speak.

Personally, my view is, not only should a spammer's account get shut off, but their IP address and their method of payment should also be locked out, never to darken NCSoft's door again.

google the filename you used to post the artwork. See if it shows up anywhere else... that might give you an idea of who's behind it.



Or, on second thought, don't. Just remain ignorant. Googling to track down net-brats leads to madness.

I was gonna say, that sounds like 4chan-ish behavior, to me.

Another artist had several people stalk him on HF, dissing his threads and reposting his art (vandalized in some cases) to 4chan.

I'd report the lot of them to the Privateer Press moderators, and have the vandalized art pulled and threads locked.

And yes... the behavior of some netizens makes you want to be able to jump into the computer, hunt them down, and take a high-powered cattle prod to their virtual reproductive parts.

Don't know.

... I need to stock up on enhancements for this.

I'm thinking, a couple of platt-O's... maybe a GillBates-origin or two... and yeah, a whole bunch of Ebony-chan "hottie" salvage.
