I'm selling a level 50 Galdiator's Javelin: Chance for Toxic Damage Proc for 1.3 billion or best offer. Reply here or contact @Justice Eagle in game.
Thanks. -
Oh my gosh, the entitlement mentality here from some is making me slightly nauseous. I've noticed for most of these people "reasonable" actually means "what I, personally, fell like spending", and it's crap. First, if somoene has an item, they own it, and they can sell it for whatever price they like. If you don't like it, no one is holding a gun to your head to buy it. There are all kinds of mechanics, like A-merits, that enable you to get these recipes without ever seeing the market. "But I don't have the time to do all thaaaat!" some people will whine. Well guess what - there's a pretty good chance the person selling it did do all that, and it's really sleazy to try to tell somone they are going to do the work, but YOU are going to reap the benefits. That's the real greed, forcing someone else to essentially give you something you didn't earn.
Second, this is just a game. It really is. If you don't get that purple for the price you want, or even at all, it will not affect your life in any real way. -
Must be some new definition of wrong where I'm actually right. Thanks for playing, though.

Cuz, you be wrong.

I appreciate the reply, and I'll go ahead and add a slot to quick recovery for more end, and swap out RT for Chillblain. I'm not going to bother with any of the villian epic pools becuae that would require changing to redside and doing the story arc for it. I'm keeping Body blow because I can slot a Kinetic Combat set in it, which is why I took it.
One piece of advice I'll give back - I have a lot of other tank characters, and I really don't recommend relying on insps to soft-cap. Soft-cap only maxes you out versus +0 minions. That means against stronger enemies, you will have to burn even more insps, and there is a pretty good chance you will run out at or before any given AV, or even against bosses. As you can see, it's not that hard to get your def above soft-cap, and then you don't have to really worry about regen, becuase you will get hit roughly 2/3 less.
Thanks again for answering. -
I've worked out this Willpower/Kinetic Melee build on mids which I think is pretty good, but I would like some critique if it can be improved. I was thinking of going with recharge on my Alpha to get Power Siphon up more. Thanks.

I'm having the exact same problem on the Victory server. Anyone know how to fix this?
-
Well, we can hope if enough people respond the WST will change. Sister Psyche just does not seem like a good choice for next week's WST all around.
-
I'd like to lobby to change next week's (Apr 12 to 18) WST to Reichsman. There are two reasons for this -
First everyone will still be busy with I20 content, and the Sister Psyche TF at least is one of the longest TFs in the game, meaning it will be extremely difficult to get a group for it. It will be much easier to get a group for Reichsman, which in addition to being shorter, gives shards, making it somewhat useful for I20 content.
Second, It's been a longer time since Reichs has been the WST that Sissy P. Reichs was almost the beginning of February, whereas Sissy P was as the end of Feb. I think this change would benefit players immensly. Thank you. -
I quit my team and tried to enter solo, and the same thing happened, so it;s not a problem of mixed teams.
-
After deafeating the Winter Lord today in AP, and waiting on the special gift timer to count down, our team could no get into Lord Winter's realm. The game kept dumoing us back into AP when we clicked the gift.
-
I put my graphics on minimum though, and still just a blank gray slate.
-
Sorry about the wait, spent all day on the road esteray. Here is the read out from CoH helper. Any advice would be appreciated. Also, Psychic, that was my first thought, but I disabled the UM graphics and it's still having trouble. Any ideas?

I like to play CoH on my laptop when I travel. It's a few years old (uses XP), but I would put the graphics settings low, and never had any problems until GR came out. Now all I see are auras, and literally the rest of the screen is a blank gray. I have disabled Ultra settings, updated the drivers, and still nothing. Any advice would be appreciated.
-
I think invincibility may not be working. When I go into combat attributes and look at my defense values, invincibility is not showing up as one of them. There is also no difference in any of the defense values from when I have Invincibility off and when I have it on. I am not sure if this is a bug in showing the value, or if invincibility is not working, but I think it definitely need to be looked at.
-
Sorry, someone else sold me one. Thanks anyway.

This is my Energy/MM build, I build mainly witht he goal of softcapping ranged defense. Any critique or advice would be appreciated.

To all the people who are whining about the rest of us wondering what is going on with the game still being down - Get a life!
The the people running the maintenance - I understand that sometimes this can take longer than expected, but at least update the server status, or do a quick status update that says "Maintenance taking longer tna expected, servers expected to be restored at such and such time." That would go a long way towards fulfilling the expectations of paying customers. -
If the server maintenence if going to take longer than scheduled, it sucks, but I can accept that it happens. However, not communicating it to us, and having the server status page be over a week out of date, that is not acceptable. They need to get on the ball with this.

Like the title, is there a limit on the number of a particular bonus you can get from IO sets. Not from the same set over and over, I believe the number of times you can do that is 5, but from different sets. I've been working on soft-capping defense on a toon, plaing around in mids, and at a certain point, it won;t count the defense bonus anymore. Is this a problem with mids, or can you only get a certain number of defense bonuses from IOs across the board. Or is is that you can only get a certain percentage of defesne from IOs? If anyone know the answer, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

This is my first blaster (I mainly play Tankers), and I went with Energy and Mental Manipulation since they fit the concept I wanted. I was hoping that someone could give me a good build, at least something to give me an idea of how to go. My travel power is flight, and I do want invis in this build if at all possible, since it a real asset to a solo blaster in completing missions. Thanks in advance.

Amen brother. Invuln and Fire tanks are in desperate need of fixing, and so much else is too. Everyone bombard the devs, don't just take the attitude of "They won't do anything, why bother", really let them know what you think. Tell them you want to feel like a hero again. This game is money driven, make no mistake, and if enough of us voice our opinions, changes will occur.
