Invincibility possibly bugged

I think invincibility may not be working. When I go into combat attributes and look at my defense values, invincibility is not showing up as one of them. There is also no difference in any of the defense values from when I have Invincibility off and when I have it on. I am not sure if this is a bug in showing the value, or if invincibility is not working, but I think it definitely need to be looked at.

So the bottom line is no enemies in melee = no defense from Invincibility. No bug there.
