This pretty much sums up my feelings over this whole mess. Well that and feeling that painful things should happen to the person that told Castle to put the prompt back after a lot of threads requesting that it be removed in the first place.

Happy Birthday! I hope things go well at the border.

Given that we have travel suppression to prevent "jousting", I'm not sure if this would be met with approval from the developers.

Aw. The players were ready with their torches & pitchforks to "storm the Castle". Please let the UI team know that the prompt is a right pain in the butt to players, okay, thanks.

Quote:1) No. Except for some excel sheets.Has anyone setup a way to track what recipes and salvage they have on each character so they can look at it outside of the game?
Something like a database?
If so is there a way to pull that data from the game? Similiar to HeroStats (I haven't used but I know it does lots of tracking of items).
It is just always painful trying to remember if you have a piece of salvage or a recipe on a character if you do not play them all the time.
2) Not that I'm aware of.
3) Nothing like herostats (which can track what drops but not your inventory) for inventory that I am aware of. -
Quote:Actually the fastest is have someone with the Nemesis Rex mini-arc (not available via Flashback) with the rescue hostages from Nemesis. There are 20-25 Fakes (Nemesis?, Nemesis Rex) with a team of 8 (or a difficulty slider set to a full team). It is a train mission so anyone can get to the mission quickly, with SSK and the mission holder level 50, the team can stomp on the bosses fairly quickly. The mission itself has a maximum level of 46, but can be had sooner.I found the easy and sure way to always get Fake Nemesis to farm is from Serpent Drummer's story arc(RWZ contact),2nd mission. If XP doesn't matter and you want to kill them a lot faster, flag for no bosses and you can kill them as Lt's,which will still count towards the badge count. Resetting it over and over again, its only a little bit of time you're zipping to looking for them each time and it goes by pretty fast solo too.
If you have the right conditions (someone having the mission after they've outlevelled it), it can be done in 30 minutes from no badge progress. -

Quote:Fire Base Zulu. Point X-Ray is a good place to start.I'm thinking a few extra hp would be nice, so I've got my sights set on the Freedom Phalanx accolade. Where can I find scads of Fake Nemesis to help me get that Unveiler badge? Thanks.
Maxwell Christopher's arcs. <-Some really juicy missions.
Peregrine Island around the main Island.
RWZ, and RWZ Missions.
Ouroborus TFs. -
Sounds good.
Like always.Quote:also its a master run for badgers please be prepared for a death or 2. In it to win it, and expect a crappy death on the way.
After I get it on my Ill/Emp, I'd be happy to bring my Ice/FF controller (more hard controls). -
Quote:Time?I think we need to see whos coming and what there bringing.
1) blaster(me)
2) Otello(mm or brute or fender)
3) possibly justaris
4) possibly mintmiki
5)
6)
7)
8)
Also i think we should take our time forming the right team. As most badgers on tri may need time to see this post and reply.
so its looking like sunday...
the reason for a master run now is because its there and its hard. Also it gets it out of the way when all the new shineys come out
I'd be willing to try. I'd be bringing a Illusion/Empathy Controller, so not much in the way of hard controls though. -

Quote:Nope, still without merit as it causes double the work for the developers. Vet rewards are scheduled to at least 96 months (I'll be getting that in 2013). So the developers would have to start making a second set of rewards for no other purpose than to be redundant with the current Veteran Rewards. After a certain amount of time, we would hear yet another group complaining that they are not getting the same rewards. But I've not seen any comment from them about effectively starting a second stream of rewards from a more recent startpoint (as I interpret the OP's second suggestion).
To top everything off, we already get new costume options and additional content as a part of our subscription: They are called "Issues". We just got one in April, and we will get another, even if we don't buy Going Rogue. Issue 18 will provide free content, just like Issue 6 provided free stuff even if the player didn't buy CoV. What will that content be? The developers are keeping quiet, but I'm sure that it will be there. -

Quote:I'm talking about an SQL export/import of characters, global names, and their verified collected badges. That should be a less difficult operation than a "merger".Well the problem with that is, we would have to share information between both sites and work out the differences before that would work. It would most likely be too much work, and by the time we did do all the work, people would have already had their characters verified

Quote:Just thinking out loud, but is there any way for Badge Hunter and CIT to "share" data? Even on a temporary basis?Good point. I don't know honestly, I will think of something

I'm just trying to avoid meeting in game, mainly for the GR part hen it goes live, to sit there and look at over 1000 badge and check on the site is going to be real time consuming.
I know the ideal would have been the City Vault, but that seems doomed for the present. -
"Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency" and "The Long Dark Tea-Time of the Soul".
