I am 99.9% sure that unless some miracle happens in the next couple of days, I will not be on for SINISTER Wednesday this week, and possibly next week.

We ran a respec before the BSF. It went smoothly and I actually played a brute for the first time in months on it, but I still went splat

To run an all stormy ITF, with myself and Kanga.
It would be utter chaos, and with me on the team, a few deaths guaranteed but hopefully a lot of fun.
So who has a stormy and wishes to run an all stormy ITF? And which night (any other than Wednesday) and time (Australian timezones!) would people prefer to run it on?

I'm way to good at going splat on master runs, well just on anything, to be honest, so I think I may have to stick to the other stuff

What AT's are better on raids? I was thinking I may have to join in depending on if there are enough people, of course.

I asked a few last night. Most seem to be moving to Justice, none seem to be leaving. I seem to be the only one shuffling around servers, while still staying on Justice >_<

I moved some 50's onto Justice! A tank, a controller and not sure what else I will move

How did the winter event festivities go last night? I ended up trying to find the character which was on hide, still haven't found it o_O

I am thinking I better start logging back into game for some of these nights, they look like fun!

Illusion/Storm.
It is great for single target damage and just amazing for chaos.

Not sure on the actual numbers on what the perma is. I know it confused me as well when I was trying for it on my illusion/storm controller who now has 166.3% with hasten up and it is almost perma. (3 seconds off)

I know the sleep and confuse purple sets are relatively cheap. If you slot 5 of the sleep into blind and 5 of the confuse into decieve that will be 20% recharge.

5 doctored wounds into Transfusion gives you another 5%.

Superior invisibility can be used to slot a LoTG + recharge which would be another 7.5%. If you had combat jumping you could put another in there.

4 pieces of the recharge intensive pet set into both phantom army (I also personally put another 2 recharge IO's) and phantasm gives you another 6.25% from each set.

Spectral terror can be 5 slotted with glimpse of the abyss for another 6.25% recharge.

Which without being to familar with what can be slotted into kinetics or which epic you have leaves you with about 58.8% recharge + whatever other bonuses you can get with your epic or secondary.

I know on illusion it isn't so bad as my phantasm is usually back enough for it not to affect it but it gets other controllers pets.

And considering I duo with a fire controller on that toon, confused fire imps are really not fun.
