    The fact that its fudging with my CoH launcher.... and... O.O.... 2.66GHz quad core, 6 gigs ram, ATI raideon 4350 HD....... and several others that i cant remember off the topa mah head

    over a quick glance theres 1 *2 if you count the PvP version* IO that can get u on the soft cap on melee/AoE and that is the stedfast protection +3% def

    Solo scrapper

    Those powersets you listed are pretty good for soloing *in my eyes* but any powerset duo should/will be a good set for scrappers to solo with

    I had a bs/wp that i had grinded my way to lvl 10 with the powers of Hack and Parry, and then i teamed to do TFs most everyday and then when i hit lvl 32, i once agian begun the grind to 50.

    So based on my limited knowledge of the combos, they all do great solo.... but this also brings up the answer of 'all sets can solo, but its limited to what the player has to offer' which to my meaning, is that any one person can solo, but can they solo 'well'

    I know i asked Major_T about reformatting to get rid of a crud OS infavor of a better one *Vista ---> XP* which nukes everything....
    What i would like to know is if i patition my drive to put on XP *so i still have Vista* would it JUST be the OS that i need to install and still be able to access everything else that was installed on the vista OS *yes, i very gewd with computer, but when it comes to OS' i is very bad*.... which would mean still being access IE, WoW launcher, CoH launcher *even tho it doesnt work * and other things.... which would exclude windows sidebar correct?
