Well, we are still working on getting Cuppa as the City Rep. Along with getting a "Save Jackson Turner" mission.
And you can make a Huge Female Body, Put the height, legs, shoulder, and pretty much every other slider all the way up. Presto, huge Female.

Crikey people, I am 5'4" and about a buck 25 standing in the rain. I don't need the huge option. Just move the body slider to athletic.
Miri says he thinks I am an NPC in Steel Canyon. Supposedly there is female NPC sitting outside a coffee shop with a laptop that says random "cuppa-esque" things. Maybe that's me? I am still waiting on coordinates to check it out.

But the training and enhancement issue? Look at it as a challenge! Pocket D is a good thing you have going--in fact it may be unique to the popular MMOs. It just needs a little buffing!

^^;; after spending lots of time playing hide and seek in atlas... trust me, they're are some GREAT exploits for PvP greifing with that, and it's a good thing you can't.
<.< on a side note, yes, you CAN use tp friend to visit the vill side (and fall into it from one wall), but they thought of that, and the villain doors don't respond to heroes. -

Internally, all trainers are the same thing; it just gives you different text based on whether you're hero or villain. As some people mentioned earlier, a villain can go up to Ms. Liberty and gain a level, then be sent off with a "Get out there and do some villainy!" It's just too much extra work to code a "lock" into the trainers, when heroes and villains can't meet each other's trainers to begin with.

A neutral trainer could be devised, but from a RP perspective it would make no sense. This person would have to have the authority to both increase someone's security level in Paragon City (not permission that is handed out lightly, as it's only the trusted signature heroes who can do this), as well as be qualified to increase a villains threat level (also not given out lightly, as only Recluse's arbiters may do this). Who could possibly be trusted to have such permissions for BOTH sides?

o.o and in the end, CoV side is THREAT LVL, as in, threat to paragon/vill groups.. which means it's based partially on Paragon's decision of how dangerous you are to them. -

o.o?!? really? didn't have a problem with that in beta, we'd hope over to atlas and have Ms. Lib train us.. I have pics to prove it! We even got silly at that and had each of the zone trainers training various villains and having them tell us to go out and commit more villainy...

<.< they where fixed at least breifly, I suddenly got my bar (it's around the time badges and above the winter ones) which is now full but not awarding (some 200 arachnos later..), while I know several ppl who have it now on guardian.
o,o it's certainly working cov side since running the snapetooth mission 5 times got me the fortunata glad and the hero/vill co-ops filled the smasher one -

NCSoft sent special "packages" for CoV to stores, Legionofcatgirls sibling store is a rl game relator so we got a few of them.. comes with a messload of arachnos buttons.. cape... BIIIGGG poster.. and several special beta discs with odd helmets o.o -

If not, then a truly valid point exists for giving such characters the ability for a period of time to go back and get that badge.

<.< and badges didn't exist, so they're no reason anyone would have killed the 100 enemies in the toutorial needed for the badge.. escecially since they don't give out any xp or infl

o.o what to do is find the badge channel or an very very active channel on your server, these often have ppl asking for help on the Giant monsters. On guardian server the "Guardian" chat channel is usually the place to find such. we also track such things on the legionOFcatgirls chat channel, but I can't promises it for to many servers.. -

Well, it's not. At least to me.
You see each "Issue" has their own badge list (Ish 2 and 3 are combined, but 4 thru 7 all have their own list). Each list comes after the other one in the badge display order. Thats why newer badges appear towards the bottom of their combined lists.

<.< if it was just that the issues where added below eachother, it wouldn't be a problem.. but.. on coh side, they're added to top OR bottom, all the i6 badges go above everything else, while the i5 ones below all others.. gets confusing ^^ and there doesn't seem to be any logic at all as to the locations of the exploration ones, while they are all next to their fellow ones for a zone.. the zones are all over the place and take a good bit of hunting to find
