As to "legal threats".
Paragon is free to do with the game what they will. And minors can buy CCGs and the like. Those that view this development as unhealthy and dubious are free to not spend cash on this. That's about the extent of this.
Now if I had a chance of purchasing the pack and not getting the pack, that's gambling.
I purchased the pack not the goods within it. -
I hear the word morally bankrupt being bashed about, I wonder where those people were when things like the unslotters and boosters, extra enhancement trays were presented on the store for sale.
Some people cannot afford to purchase these sort of things in bundles, but I never heard the term morally bankrupt when they were brought out.
1$ for a super pack maybe all someone could afford so it fit's nicely for those that can't afford 400pp's on costume bundles or any of the above mentioned, yet they are classed as morally bankrupt for spending their 1$ on a chance of getting most of the above, I'm sorry but people need to take a good long look at themselves when it comes to these packs. -

I will be waiting until you put the costume out to buy normally like you promised you would. I couldn't care less about anything else in the packs just filling up my inbox. Especially with the average of 25 packs for the costume and 700+ for the wolf pet that kills my buff pet anyway, no thank you.
You guys have a serious problem with using language lately, medium is not long, throwing is not flying, and present is not something you buy for yourself.
If people purchased these costume pieces on the basis that they were only available via the super packs, there are going a hell of a lot of p'd off people looking for their money back. -

No one is trying to predict random numbers. They want to know what the odds of a particular card are. Are you saying that whether the odds for the Black Wolf card were 1 in 10 or 1 in 450 or 1 in 1,000,000 as far as you're concerned either you get it or you don't, and the numbers mean absolutely nothing?
So how can you accurately predict odds on a piece, when you have 3 other pieces that can be a deciding factor. -

The simple way to look at it is you have 2 chances to get a costume piece in 1 pack, you either will or you won't. -

Very happy with packs, managed to get the entire set plus catalysts for my brute and if their are only 11 pieces of costume parts, I managed to get everything I wanted in 24 packs

If they fix it, I wouldn't really complain about the current pvp.
I thought the aim of it was to stop people one punching and then being miles away (which I found most annoying).
Don't think I've ever seen in comic books a hero or villian one punching then being in another state a second later. -
Although a fine performer in her early day's, recent concerts left a lot to be desired ranging from poor performances, to being outright rude to her fans that came along.
I suppose now we can expect the usual glutton load of jokes to appear from, "Houston we have a problem" to "where the hell was Kevin Costner whilst all this was happening". -

And that is exactly why you should check things out on the test server. That way if you don't like something you can voice it there and maybe get it changed before it goes live. Or vice versa, voice your support for the way something looks and prevent it from getting changed.
In either case you have had a chance to see what's coming before you have to make a decision on whether or not to buy it.

Why do all the products featured within the bundle get shown to you after you have purchased the bundle, and not before?
Seems to me that I can quite clearly blame other factors apart from myself.
When they quite clearly state that you need to view Beta in order to see what you are getting within the bundle, then I can start blaming myself.
Also I did check the parts in the tailor before I spent money, but how do I check an emote, which is what I have a problem with? -

Don't know about anyone else,but I feel a little ripped off.
I was aware the VIP TP power was in it which I already had, but thought, oh well I'll buy the individual pieces that I want, I then noticed in the bundle that there were 2 Dance emotes (at the time I thought new ones), now I couldn't locate these new individual emotes, so I thought the only way to get these emotes was to buy the bundle. So I have the bundle now and to my surprise the emotes were the ones I had purchased in the party pack WTF!.
Why must the full list and pictures of what's in the pack be shown after you have purchased them.
How was I to know the emotes that I wanted, thinking they were new, were emotes I had already (next time could marketing label them as new or old emotes).
Not Happy
Will think twice before buying another bundle with poor descriptions on it. -
