Emperor Marcus Cole. Hero of the People.

Edit: Wait, I misunderstood. I was referring to Statesman and Sister Psyche. You're right, hero was the wrong choice of words.

Wouldn't be the first hero they have killed off, recently, so I wouldn't put it past them. But here's hoping it's not permanent!

Let me put it this way: I went to see Avengers despite the Thor movie. But yeah, I think it's good that they didn't have to spend time to establish each member's backstory first.

Hawkeye got to shoot him with an exploding arrow. That as much of a smackdown as Hawkeye could ever hope for.

I made that comment. It was a joke because someone started shouting statistics. I don't expect Black Widow really is Asatru.

Knowing the stakes, defeat will not only spell the end of True Earth, but also the end of mankind. We will fight to the bitter end, no matter the cost. If we succumb, so be it, but know that your villainy will not go unopposed.

I think the less weird marvel mythology they introduce, the better.

Do not obfuscate the truth with cries for "proof" in a thinly veiled attempt to circumvent evidence obtained from Primitive Earth's own agents, send to destroy the last vestiges of humanity in the multiverse.

The Bold Defenders of True Earth do not answer to so-called primals. We have a much higher calling than Primitive Earth's petty warmongering.

(Also, it's right there. In the quoted text.)
  13. The next Avengers also need more David Hasselhoff!

And maybe Black Widow is Asatru and his comment was borderline religious persecution. A modern person might have been a little more sensitive to religious differences.

Or be more focused on jumping out of an airplane.

Whichever the case, I found the comment appropriate for a 90 year old man. You know, the way you just smile and nod when a senior citizen makes a racist comment.

Speaking of Thor's hammer, I still think it looks really lame. Wish they had gone with something cooler. The "brick on a stick" look doesn't really do Mjolnir justice, imho.

That's really the crux of the problem, isn't it? The Admin messages should be reserved for important, critical, must-see information. Not some random Dev trying to RP Nemesis.

If you had, say, a few agents placed in Portal Corp or in a similar position, you'd be well aware of these "primals" and their fascination with invading dimensions that has never done anything to them, or is not even aware of them.

A pre-emptive strike against Primitive Earth is the only prudent response to evidence such as Rikti Earth. We can only pray that the Great Leader will not fail in his endeavour to keep the good people of Praetoria safe from more primal incursions.

That's only the second best part. The best part is how Loki just lies there, staring up into the ceiling, with a weak, pained rattle escaping him. "......."

The first half was the movie. The last half was just a CGI slogfest. Which, will all kinds of neat-looking, wouldn't be particular interesting without any kind of setting to anchor it to.
