    Accuracy of DP?

    Im playing a +3 DP/Time corr atm and i've started questioning the accuracy of some of the DP attacks. For example, when beating down on the AVs in BaF, I will only see orange numbers on maybe every third attack? Does this mean im missing a lot or are the numbers just not showing up?

  2. I really appreciate the time you've put into helping me, but just a few more questions regarding incarnates (since they are alien to me)

    -Is there any point tanking the Phantom pet, since I only took it because of the Adrenaline buff, is it still worth it? If not, what pet would you recommend?

    -What alpha would you choose over the recharge one? I'd assume the +damage one.
  3. If the benefit of Power Build Up increases the overall damage I would get from dropping Thunder Strike, then I would be open to getting it
  4. Okay basically, I was unaware that hero-side players on originally villain ATs (Like the corruptor) cant get Patron powers unless they go Hero > Villain. I am not a hardcore player and don't want to spend 8 days waiting for that change to happen, so I replaced the Soul Mastery set with Electricity Mastery. I am aware that Dark Mastery looks more like the Soul set with the drains, but I much prefer the look of Elec, and I feel it suites me better.

  5. Thanks for the detailed reply, will attach with data chunk this time!
    Pretty much did everything you suggested, as well as changing Temporal Selection to Stealth, to cap defence.

    Instead of adding the extra slot to spring attack for the defence, I put the slot in Maneuvers, which I swapped Assault for.

    Builds looking much better, any idea how much inf it will cost for that sort of IO slotting? No clue myself.

  7. I was playing around in mid's and came up with this recharge based build for my corruptor that i'm leveling.

    The concept was to be able to use Hail of Bullets as often as possible, filling the time between with other AoEs like Bullet Rain (5.6 sec cd), Spring Attack & Soul Drain.

    The base recharge in this build is 148.8% with Hasten. It is meant to be a cheap build with no purples. I want to use the character to run PvE trials and TFs, i'm not too interested in single target damage and prefer AoE.

    Please point out any mistakes or any suggestions are appreciated!

  8. Ive just started playing again and just unlocked the Alpha slot for my Psy/Mental blaster. I am just about coming to grips with the whole incarnate system and had a few questions.

    Basically, what is thought of as the best Alpha slot? I was thinking either Spiritual (for recharge) or Musc (for damage). Current damage bonus is 33.5% and recharge is 120% (with hasten). I also dont really have that many end issues.

    Any help appreciated, thanks.

  10. Because if it is just used for IOs, i'll be better off taking the snipe as it gives more recharge and damage. Is it's -rec/reg any good in pvp?

Edited it somewhat to increase HP, add more KB protection, swapped eforced morale for vengence (and put a lotg +rech in there, which could be swapped for a kb prot if 34.5 is not enough) and changed the chance for damage in assault bot to a chance for +recharge (mainly to see the response i get for doing this, can't decide between these two procs)

  14. Thanks all for the input! I am interested in trying out a Bot/Pain, which may not be the 'best', but i feel I will enjoy playing it. This is the build I have mustered up, but i'm generally no good with making builds, so expect mistakes.

  17. Hey everyone, have moved from the EU servers over to the US servers and I am currently playing Freedom. I am interested in starting a new PvP toon- either a corruptor or a MM. I want the toon mainly for arena (since I will be playing a Widow in zones once this toon reaches 50). Also, suggestions of power combos I have not listed are welcome.

    The combos I have in mind are as follows;

    Sonic/Cold
    Sonic/Pain
    Rad/Cold
    Rad/Pain

    or

    Bots/Storm
    Bots/Pain

    Any advice or guidance would be much appreciated.
