If we are waiting for bugged powers to get fixed, shall we make it a week after Issue 8 gets released?

Could you please move the fight later into the evening due to my work requiring me to stay through midday and i'll probabley miss it by the time i get back. I will definetly be there for 8:30 onwards.

Totally agree.

You say spending a whole powerpool on Stamina isn't worth it, i say spending extra slots for end reds for insignificant powers like summoning and upgrading heanchies whereas those same slots could have gone to something more useful isn't worth it. [img]/uk/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

If you can run without Stamina and are happy with it, thats all that matters.

Good news for those who didn't recieve a Hami-O from Sunday's encounter and petitioned it, and whats better, we get to choose which Hami-0 we want! Check your emails folks. [img]/uk/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

Its probably because of the HUGE skyscrapers all over the place that causes the most lag.

Tactics + FA will let you see the stalker early enough to counter their Assassin Strike.

Yes, that was my PB. The reason i said that statement wasn't because i regard corrupter's as easy kills. I said it because any hero/villain AT thats in Sirens without fully-slotted SO's is in for a rough ride. Add to the fact i was in Nova form (no mes resist) against a curropter (should of fled, but you know how it is [img]/uk/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]) made things even worse.

Thats how i feel about them, and from my experience in the higher level PvP zones, thats exactly how it is. One good corrupter single-handedly can and do change the outcome of the battle, the same cant be said for any of the other villain class's except maybe MasterMinds with Bodyguard on.

At the end of the day it all comes down to skill. Corrupter's can be easy kill's if they dont have a clue on how to play and/or are playing them like blasters. But get stuck in a fight with an experienced and skilled corrupter and you'll be eating your words.

Slightly is an understatement.

They now are a core of any successful villain team with all those henchies running around "tanking" everyone while the buffer's/debuffers causing some major pain on the heroes. Gotta love MM's now after Bodyguard.

I dare the Devs to nerf Aid-Self. There will be so much backlash they'll have to put it back to how it originally was.

So why bother?

One thing that really, really surprised me was, there were no idiots (for lack of a better word) talking big on broadcast. Actually, no one speaking on broadcast period. Only once in awhile someone would congratulate the other side on a successful push, very nice indeed.

Last night in Sirens, for around 3 hours, was the best pvp i have ever been a part of. Equal Teams, skilled players, it had it all. The zone was full of activity with around 14 heroes, and about 10 villains, (5 or so were MM's) and it was just complete chaos. You never knew who was going to win when one sided charged at the other, it was that even. Seriously, if it was like this everyday then i wouldn't leave the zone!

There was so much -recharge and -regen flying around it was crazy. Thanks to our Rad things were a little easier, but they had a few cold and kinetics curropters so all's fair!

Someone had it on their regen in the states, seems a but overkill to me.

In the heat of combat, i would much rather have Reconstruction than Aid Self, since the interupt might make me loose a lot of endurance just trying to get it off.

Since you need to pick another power before it, and it being interuptable, its fine imo.
