For all of the people who for some reason think removing TS hurts melee toons: No. Unless you just throw on auto-follow and target an attack on someone, then wait til it goes off... then again, that's what like 99% of players do.
As someone who played a melee character against test players/teams more than anyone else still playing, I can say without a doubt that melee was infinitely more effective pre-travel-suppression.
I'm not saying it was balanced, but it was still way better. -
Quote:Actually, I wasn't being sarcastic.Psi gets four instead of the usual three fast activating ST attacks. Their damage is virtually the same as other blaster primaries, and the attack chain and damage delay are advantageous.
OH wait you were being sarcastic....
Psi is godly in pvp. Broken? No, just way too good in pvp compared to a lot of other sets. Why do you think everyone and their mom has one -
Psi/EM blasters are terrible. Seriously. Bad damage, slow attack chain, damage delay.

WARE.gov vs whoever we fought tonight.
32-0
29-6
29-0
WARE.gov wins all 3.

Breaking 60 in 10 minutes in this system is probably not possible unless people are getting rogue kills.

Mage is refusing to set up practice dates with us, and FAP would rather do impromptu RSFs for four hours, so we are open for practices from Sunday-Wednesday. We currently have practice with Exile on Thursdays. Did I mention that Shenanigans doesn't have practice with Exile on Thursdays?
Really, please PLEASE practice with us. We actually would rather PvP while we're playing than jump around in PD doing nothing. Ludicrous, I know.
Contact @detective silit or @vince to talk about scheduling.
Thanks.
PS: Mage, we took a team vote to decide on letting you practice with Exile on Thursdays again, but there weren't enough votes in your favor. -
It would be nice if they fixed un-viewable event results, at the very least.

Grats WARE.gov on breaking the records for most kills in a league related match, most viewed forum thread ever, most kins successfully run in a post i13 league related match.

Keeper/Suffer should combine.
Mebs/PF/Bitter/Psyrene should all collectively co-captain a team - or Hot and Treyy.
There are more than enough players in the draft to make some workable teams. -
Why Bud's league is being used as a staple for anything is beyond me. That **** was an enormous joke.
Also, please direct all hate/angst/complaints/questions regarding the absence of "entitled to play for any team" rules at WARE.gov - Vinnie and I were the ones who suggested it be this way (it was received unanimously at the rules discussion).
It has nothing to do with being hardcore or competitive - quite the opposite. It will be a cold day in hell before I tell anyone on my team to sit for someone that none of them even want on the team. Every player on my team was ASKED to be on it.
Why should Spiner or Klesk have to sit out for someone infinitely less talented and infinitely less liked by our team just because we HAD to draft them and they HAPPENED to end up on our team?
I won't call myself a good player, but Vinnie actually enjoys playing with me - which is more than 99.9% of the community can say - so clearly I'm doing something right. I certainly didn't get good because teams HAD to play me. If I got good, it was because teams started WANTING to play me.
We didn't have to play Seethe in our d8 matches - we wanted to. Just like PoWT didn't have to play Venatrix in their d8 rounds, but she started in pretty much every official.
We WANT to play all 10 of the people on our roster - and we will WANT to play any player that we decide to draft. There will be no extras, liabilities, or bench warmers on our team.
I don't know what possesses people to think that they should somehow be entitled to play for a team - especially in a league format with an entered roster. Why should someone who we never would have allowed onto our roster get to play over everyone that we specifically asked to play for us? It's absurd. -
If people feel the need to voice opinions about this, it should be done elsewhere. This isn't the proper thread.

Hi, currently I am on the team "WARE.gov", but I am not happy with the direction things are moving as it is too hardcore and competitive. They keep talking about running 8 emp lineups and it's just too serious of an atmosphere for a player like me. I don't think I will get much play time either.
I have some experience playing stalker - as I was technically on BoBC's (best team in the FPVPL) d6 squad.

I'm the worst blaster in CoH, soon to be leaving the game. I'll be auctioned off and pass down my legacy.

I don't think Vex is mad at anyone. Mac and Con certainly did spearhead one of the later forum crusades - no one is debating that - and it has nothing to do with them being good/bad.
As for community building on the other hand - there was a hand full of people who did everything they could to establish a new PvP community in preparation for a potential league (eventually the freedom league). Without any one of those people, the league probably wouldn't have existed. Vex comes to mind as one of those people. -
Chris wears Air Jordans and a pair of underwear. That's all he needs.

Quote:Please, no. Have them make a new power. Team Teleport is like the one power in the game that the devs haven't screwed up for me.@Amily, it's in the options to enable a prompt for ATT and RF, dunno why it doesn't work with TT.
That being said, I took TT on my Rad thinking it was just like ATT, useful on Master and Speed runs. Now that I know it's not, useless in a Hami Evac Raid, I'm thinking of respecing back out of it. Maybe the Devs can change the power so it's exactly like ATT, cept with normal rech.
