This bug should correct itself by simply going back to the server selection screen and selecting your server again. Even as a VIP, I've had it lock me out of various things I've purchased due to this bug, but fortunately it's really easy to work around once you know how.

okay so i made a thread where i complained about my level 50 chracters being locked after moving them to a more populated server. Now it seems that everything i bought on the paragon market is locked to me now. and everything that was once open to me (even before going vip) is now locked. Even masterminds and controlers (wich are unlocked with tokens) are locked to me dispite having enough tokens to have them unlocked.
I hate complaining when certain rules are in place, but when something says i have access to it, i expect to have access to it, especialy if i bought said thing. (beam rifle, costume sets, and so on) -
i wasnt trying to be mean, but the customer service rep has just ignored me since yesterday. i do my best not to be mean to any one, but when im ignored because its more convenient, i tend to lose respect for people, and this situation is no different. At the very least i should have gotten a responce back telling me they would look for an answer or something, but all i get is my ticket closed and the silent treatment from the support team.

It could be that no one there knows and they are having to relay the question to someone that would be able to make a decision and then wait for their reply. -
they seemed eager to help me untill i asked if there was anyway at all to reallocate my character slots. after that it stopped. and they were replying with a pretty decent amount of speed. so them being overwhelmed with issues isnt the problem. the problem is they are ignoring some one who has an issue and has been talking to them since about 10 am this morning (its now 2 pm)

well, i seem to be ignored by the rep now as i've not gottan a reply back in over an hour. so either they dont care or just hate me. maybe both.

I'm going to post this issue on the beta Feedback forums too, because again I think certain folks need to see that it is a problem. Good luck with your situation, and I hope you can get it resolved somehow. -
i talked to a CSrep and it turns out, if you use up all your F2P slots on one server, go VIP and move those characters to another server, you're basicaly screwed. because i got told just that. i have to either go back to VIP or buy character slots.
that alone is enough to make me never want to resubscribe again. by locking out my characters because i wanted to move to a more populated server they've pretty much lost all my future business. -
okay, so i came back to CoH some time ago as a free to play player and unlocked 4 slots on my main server (at the time). After a few weeks of playing, i decided to go VIP for a while, just because i enjoyed all the new content.
Now i face a problem with my characters being locked. You see, i moved them to a more populated server during my VIP time, and now that im just premium, i cant unlock them.
is there any way i can unlock them? or am i doomed to reroll all my toons? -
Every once in a while, when i move the camera around, if my cursor is over a selectable object, it'll bring up the drop down menu. even when im just releasing the camera to press a power. It'll some times happen with the left mouse button as well, double clicking the map tab or powers tab. I've already explored any problems with my mouse but havnt noticed it outside the game. (exploring windows files, surfing the web, etc.)
I use a Razer Naga with the latest firmwere and driver updates, but like i said, the problem doesnt presist outside of the game.
Edit: Something i just noticed. It some times brings up the right click menu of the chat window when my cursor is nowhere near the chat box. in one instance i made a note to keep my cursor away from the chat box, near the power tray.
Please some one help. -
