I have a 50 ar/nrg blaster, (Sights)and can't fault Assault Rifle, I have it combined with NRG, that way if somebody comes face to face you have a couple of punch attacks to knock them back. Also, my trick if you pull the aggro is fire ignite onto yourself, should see the buggers run.
Teamwise, send tank in, fireup Build-up/Boost range, full auto into the middle of mob, flamethower, ignite onto tanks location, buckshot, m30, use rest of set combined with flame thrower and ignite until full auto recharges, (35s), rinse and repeat. Most mobs will be wiped before full auto is back so its there for next one.

Just wish ignite had'nt been nerfed so badly, used to recharge in about 3 seconds so could lay down multiple layers which used to destroy anything especially AV's.

Well only found out about this nerf today . This gimps my blaster, (Sights), its a sad, sad day. The fun I used to have laying down ignite on a mob surrounding a tanker, followed by flame thrower and if the tank was good and still held them, full auto.......

Errmm, Hi all, after finally getting my Tank to 50 I have just rolled my first blaster, (well lvl 13) and have I made a bad choice with Technology/Energy? I can't find anything on the forums about this build and was wondering, what the best build would be. So far he seems decent enough, kills at distance with primaries and kills close in with the secondarys, energy shove(?)and bone smasher(?), (am at work so only guessing the names of those 2 moves). Are there any pool powers I should definatly get and what powers should I avoid?

Well Sheep has Granite, Earths Embrace, Rooted , Heal Other, Rez Other and Heal Self, is that enough?
