Follow these steps:
- Start CoH
- Log in and select your server
- At the Character Selection screen, look in the lower right corner
- Click Ingame Store's "Enter Store" icon
- Select "Character Respec" and follow all of the directions and read all of the warnings. -

- By having one given to him or her by the developers during a special event or after a significant change in power mechanics
- By subscribing for a specific number of months and receiving one via the Veteran Rewards Program
- For villains only, by completing the first Patron arc and unlocking a Patron Power Pool
- For Soldier of Arachnos villains only, by reaching Threat Level 24 (this respec is mandatory)
- By purchasing one from the in-game store for $9.99 USD

Yes, I've seen 2 scenarious. The usual Possessed Scientists and the FF Mobs. Like Kheldarn just said, I reset the map till I don't see the FF and go about the carnage as usual...(although it's such a long walk back from the Hosp )
