I was fooling around with the Character Creator and stumbled across this little gem.



I could not duplicate it on an existing character only on a new one.
Upper body, trench coat, no sleeves, monstrous gloves which are the bioluminate.

I thought this was funny, took a screen shot of it.

I have always wanted NPCs in the base, either fixed like a face maker/Icon, WW/BM, etc.
or people that just wander around. Really how hard is it open that to us?

OK is this bug or are all powers halved by this?

I have recently noticed that Transfusion (kin power) is giving lower healing in AE missions that anywhere else. I tested it on a 1 lvl hellion in Atlas Park, 425 healing, a 52 boss in Peregrine Island, 425 healing, 54 boss in AE mission 223 healing. I am using Touch of the Nictus 5/6, +1 50 IO accuracy. Any idea why this is happening?
