I have seen double instances of Caleb many times. He typically circles around the edge of Thorn Isle high up in the air.
The Ghost of Scrapyard spawns in the Shanty Town by the mine and walks to the dock area as his minions follow. I presume this is where Mako took him down. -
That map will show you where your bounty is afk'ing, just go over there and take him out.

Due to a reduction of forces, thru undiciplined work ethics, Chaos Incorporated has a few openings in it's Virtue Offices.
The successful candidate should have a desire to dominate the world, with the flexibility to absorb the training lessons our executives offer.
Benefits include a fully functional base, with Teleportation and SuperGroup Computer priviledges, upon promotion the successful applicant will recieve rights to enhance their own portion of the Hidden Facilities, and all associates may employ others to assist them towards their individual goals.
Chaos Incorporated does not seek to one day dominate the world, as other SVG's may desire. Chaos Incorporated already runs the world. If you have what it takes to assume a fast path career into world domination, Chaos Incorporated wants to hear from you.
If it says Lackey next to YOUR name on your current SVG list, isn't it time you got the respect you deserve? Chaos Incorporated thinks so. Apply Today.
You may contact any Chaos Incorporated member you meet on Virtue to discuss membership, we are everywhere and easily located. I am always interested in conversing with possible new associates, I can be reached as Sci-Fi. -
Observation:
When using $target for a bind, in a say; results work as desired, when using $target with a macro, results less than admirable.
Can this be done effectively?
Example
/bind will say "Move over Sorceror"
/macro will say "Move over $target"
Solution? -
When you look at your current SVG roster, does it say Lackey, or Underling, or some other title that you have little chance if any of ever changing to Overlord, Leader, or Master of The Universe, next to your name?
Do you feel like a cog in the wheels of your SVG, not part of the Core Engine that drives it?
Is Your SVG so dern big that when you do a shout out, someone asks who you are?
If your SVG experiance mirrors any of the above, then Chaos Incorporated is for you!
We offer a stable tight knit core level of memebers, that is not simply a hodge podge of ALTs. We have all levels of active membership and we work together to reach individual goals.
Your plans for World Domination will not be hendered by your Overlord's plan for the same!
Our base is just a few prestige points from being fully operational and once the power comes on, every member will have access to decorate whatever they wish.
Chaos Incorporated is now hiring! Apply today by PM thru the boards, or visit us at GuildPortal.com.
We are an equal oppurtunity employer. -
My scrapper, controller, nor mastermmind has ever been one shotted in PvP, ever, so personally I cannot comment on this topic. If someone does find themselves being one shot KO'd in PvP consistenty, they may want to take a closer look at their own builds, rather than asking for someone else's to be nerfed.

From the personal journal of Dr Frank Smith.
Today's headlines were plastered with it, 'Recluse Free's Thousands from The Zig!'
I went over and had a look around, I could see Bobby watching also, crouched low on top of the tower. We didn't speak, we never speak anymore. I still worry about him, but he is his own man now, no longer the little brother I have to watch over and protect.
Funny that, that one time in our lives I protected him, when it was he who saved my life from the hands of Sci-Fi.
Sci-Fi. That's why we both were there, at The Zig. Bobby would never tell me so, but I know it.
The warden tells me that yes, Sci-Fi was among those freed by Recluse and flown away to the Rogue Isles. It will be tough tracking him down, but I may not have too. I feel pretty confidant that in time Sci-Fi will come for me to finish the job... If he doesn't go after Bobby first. It was Bobby who shut him down, and had him locked away afterall.
But Sci-Fi, James Walker to the rest of the world, he may be crazy, but he is smart. He won't be expecting my recovery, thanks to my appliances, but he cannot be underestimated either. I am sure that he willl quickly find the rescources he needs to restart his research.
Robotics and Weaponry, thats what Sci-Fi does, and he is among the best. It may well have been he who claimed that Nobel Prize, if not for the 'mishap'.
It was a Tuesday, and we had spent months perfecting the targeting system for James' 'Science Project', as he liked to call it. After the misfire, James would not allow me to look over the circuitry to see if I could discover why his robot had just killed half of the Chief Security Council and wounded six Senators.
I did some research of my own after that, and discovered a large electronic transfer of funds to our research account from Crey Industries. It was when I approached Jim about the money that things turned ugly. We argued, and then fought, and Jim left.
Later that night Jim showed up at my house, and we argued some more. Then his Science Project showed up. If Bobby had not arrived when he did, visiting from college, I have no doubt that Jim, and his Robot, would have killed me right then, instead of leaving me with a broken back.
After that, my own troubles began with Crey and The good ole government of the U.S. of A. But we already know how that turned out don't we?
So today I visited The Zig, and saw Bobby doing the same. I have had a look around Siren's Call, and Bloody Bay, I suspect Bobby has as well... no signs of Sci-Fi yet....
I know he will come for us, when he is ready... I just hope Bobby is prepared when he does... I know I will be. -
I have been on Virtue since Aug 04, and have YET to see any RP anywhere. It is likely that those RP'ers out there are on the down low, talking among themselves in Team/Friend Chat, and actually do exist, but they hide themselves well.
As a Villain, I am having the same problem, but I am not giving up hope. Several folks seem to be convinced it is out there, someplace, and I can keep looking I suppose. -
I have had 8 heroes in Virtue and the only roleplay I have found consisted of me talking to myself. There may be alot of them out there playing on Virtue, but they are very well hidden and seem to prefer to do their roleplaying on private channels, quite oblivious to those around them who would be thrilled to jump in.

"What manner of witchcraft is this?!"
The man stood and looked, the blinding light that shrouded him receding as his vision slowly restored. Buildings of stone and steel surrounded him. The streets paved of stone, but not of any form he had previously tread. The sounds baffled him, an un-earthly wail somewhere in the distance. A woman's scream, quickly covered by the sound of explosion. Silence was nowhere to be found. Some mechanical beast moved towards him, propelled by an etheral smoke.
Speaking the singular phrase, 'Searswathe', his broadsword appeared suddenly in his hand as he prepared for battle.
The contraption bore down on him, as he instinctively rolled to his left, swinging the fat side of his blade against the attacker. The sound of shattered glass, a deafening shriek, which reminded him briefly of The Banshee, which he had fought as a much younger man, assaulted his ears. Shouting in the common tongue came from within the mechanical wagon, angry words of a context and phrasing that was unknown to him, as he stared dumbfounded at the old woman who climbed from inside the wagon's hidden compartment.
"Heroes?!!" she exclaimed.
"Look what you have done to my car! The Hero Corps will hear about this! What is your ID number? Who will pay for this?!" The woman stood with her hands on her hips and stared at the man expectantly.
Payment was not a word unfamiliar to him. Reaching into the small drawstring bag he wore attached to hisbelt, the man quickly produced a small round clear stone and pressed it into the womans outstretched hand.
Turning around to notice the crowd of people whom had gathered to watch the spectacle, Gowain suddenly felt very vunerable. Calling upon years of training, he sprang towards the smallest of the circling crowd and just as it seemed he would crash into them, he lept up and forward, tucking his knees tight against his chest and unrolling his lean body as he touched the ground behind them. His momentum carrying him forward to his feet, he began to run. Finding the nearest alleyway, Gowain ducked into the shadows and quickly blended himself into the shadows, finding finally his first sense of security since he had awakened in this strange world.....

"After hours of deliberation, careful study of the reports submitted by The Food and Drug Administration, as well as specific testimony from scientists at Crey Industries, this tribunal has reached the unanimous conclusion to deny your request to begin human testing of the Smith Prodigical Ambulatory Device. It is our opinion that such devices may indeed provide ambulatory assistance to those persons who would have an actual need for such appliances, however the risk to the common people is too great at this juncture to allow further funding, or approval of said experimentation."
Dr Frank Smith looked down again at the letter which bore the seal of The United States Department of Defense, and the signature of the Attorney General in disbelief. The denial was not really un-expected, ever since he left Crey Biotechnical they had hounded his every step in development of The S.P.A.D., the disbelief came from the lack of funding and designation of the end of his experimentation. A scientist of his caliber certainly had other options available to him to further his testing, and he had amassed a small fortune himself thru his lecturing and wise investment strategies. The bile rose in his throat as the letters jumped at him from the page '..scientists at Crey Industries...'
Dr Smith turned his left and took a slow sip from the tube attached to the side of his wheelchair and swallowed hard. With another slight tilt of his jaw the chair turned and moved across the floor towards the clear glass display case which held the Prototype S.P.A.D. Turning his head to the left opened a signal to his assistant, Melissa.
'Yes Dr Smith?" Came her quick response.
"Come to the lab please, Melissa, we have work to do."
Three months later, came The Rikti Invasion. -
Your mention of your Team Founder's orgins is intriguing. I generally prefer to allow a character's personality to evolve based on in-game events, and already I am noticing a trend within him that is making him a darker character, in regards mostly to the people he has interacted with. He may or may not decide to stop alongside a strangers fallen body in the street and offer assistance, depending on his mood at the time. (As an example) Sometimes he turns down the oppurtunity to save the homeless, as another example.
Not all heroes are there to save the Princess from the Dragon.
I am going to check out your forum, thanks for the information. -
I hope this is the correct spot, as it pertains to CoH in it's whole. In regards to the tpoic, a little help please.
I did the research before plunging into this game, and spent a few days tinkering around with various origins and archetypes before deciding on a regular full time character to evolve within Paragon City, and its clones. Most responses I have recieved in regards to where to find creative roleplay indicated I should make my mark on the other world known as Virtue. So, armed with knowledge, experiance, and willingness, I brought my primary character to Virtue and eagerly saught 'RolePlay'. After gaining 8 security levels I was forced to block the Broadcast Channel altogether. After 15 security levels I have met only one other citizen who has demonstrated the emmersion level I seek in an RPG.
Granted, I realise the numbers of Heroes within any Pargon City are outstanding, and finding such a pearl in such a large haystack could be a measure of a heroic feat in itself, however, I expected more of a 'presence' of roleplay when I saw the potential this game has. I am sure there are people out there, who share this opinion, but I am having a hard time finding them, or rather, a hard time recognising them amid the 'war fog' that blankets the public channels. I of course realise that claiming a game this size for the complete rule of roleplay only denizens, is a task that could never be completed, however, I would like to ask that those of you who do seek a more emersing roleplayed game adventure, to please make yourselves more visible, so that others like myself, who also seek roleplay over rollplay, can band together and enjoy this game to our mutual levels of satisfaction.
If Virtue is no longer the other world I should seek such emmersion within, I would appreciate some indication on which world I should head towards. Again, if this post is in the incorrect position within the Forums, I appologise, and ask the Mods to please move it, and direct me towards where I should make further conversation regarding this subject.
That is all.
