The fractals were put in cause it was 2am and my hand was starting to cramp.

Since my digital inking still needs a lot of work and inking with a mouse is very hard and time consuming I made it rough on purpose.
I hope he likes it.
This was also done (from pencils to final) in a manner of hours.
So if fast = kinda rough I can live with that. Also my computer locked up as I was saving the colors so I had to go back and redo all the color.

According to what I can gleen from last year. Victory was very close to sweeping the Overall Champion of each catagory.

Definitely well worth the wait.
And I believe there's enough staff in the Patrol to run interference with the information.
I know it's Mich's story still like to see more members of the Star Patrol and the Nova Dominion.

If Freedom Corps was founded by Statey and Star Patrol is a division of Freedom Corps, much like Longbow, whats the relationship between States and Star Patrol or even Freedom Corps?

While yes you can only enter one toon on one server. To answer your question specifically, for those people that change the genders of their characters, you will only be judged on one costume for that one character. So, pick the best costume and it will be judged as the appropriate category for that costume, i.e. if that costume is a hero with a male or huge body frame it will be judged in the Mr. Paragon City contest.

I entered last year and went to the finals with my Dominator. She was Ms. Rogue Isles Victory, or I guess she still is.
This is the reason I joined P.E.R.C. so you don't have to worry about her defending h title.

Best TV series to never get a chance. It originally aired on Broadcast Network I forget I wanna say Fox or NBC. It was canceled after one or two seasons. The Sci-Fi channel picked it up and ran it in it's entirety where it was received very well...It prompted the making of the movie Serenity. I think the movie may have been made first.
