Here is what I came up with really quickly I had to drop Manuevers as well as Teleport Friend in order to pick up the Fighting pool. I'm not entirely sure why you slotted GFS the way you did, but I replaced that with 5 Crushing Impacts.

Its relatively inexpensive to buy, you can do a few bronze rolls in AE and get them.

However it turns out, Bill Z Bubba will continue to be min/maxed to hell and back and continue leaving a path destruction where ever he does roam.
Power creep took over this game a while back and I see no change in course. I fully expect that come 2 months after I-19 goes live, I'll be able to drop Bill into an aggro cap of +4/x8 arachnos and go have a cigarette. -
O lol I thought there was some super secret bonus to defense or ddr that i didn't know about lol.

I'm pretty sure they'll add some difficulty level for L50 TFs for Incarnates.

I do agree though that though they may be pretty these animations will make for another lower damage set but its so pretty! -
This is what I have so far 10% away from the recharge of my last build about 30% down on regeneration
and a few points down on recovery

Is there any reason why you slotted an Enzyme Exposure into AAo Prime?

The more I look into my build the closer I keep getting to the original levels of recharge and defense. Of course I had to sacrifice some regeneration and +hp but not massive amounts.

Lol that sounds like a typical fight club mentallity. If you need to put a nail in a board and you have a hammer in your tool box, than why are you going to try and use your hand?

I thought that at first but when you have phase shift you won't need it. I had it on my Fire/Regen awhile back and dropped it for phase shift which has saved me more times than I can count. A well played regen 1vs1 will not be able to be killed.

O nice, that actually make things a little bit easier
Edit: Nice I was actually able to keep my AoE above the soft cap and increase my regeneration but 37%. I wouldn't mind losing that if I could increase my recharge by a nice 5-10% -
I made some changes to Umbrals build. Defense is pretty much LOL when it comes to PvP anyone can pop a yellow and tata defense.
Second you're going to want phase shift, like more than you'll want air. If you search in the PvP section you'll see that most of the scrappers there use it. You'll need it when someone phases so you can attack them in phase shift and you'll need it for emergencies.
Like the others said recharge and +hp are the name of the game.
Also you might not need resilence, but its nice to have. If I had to choose between that and SS I'd probably pick SS.

If this character hasn't been made I wouldn't even make a Katana scrapper for PvP. Its damage output is average. Either go with MA for the stuns, it is very useful, or Fire for the damage output.

Way back long ago they used to be 4 and 5 million, AE came out and the supply dried up like crazy and hasn't really recovered since then.
