Been there, done that. After much testing, the gurus say it is NOT my PC and that I don't have a virus, etc. They have bumped my ticket up to the 'engineering' staff to see if they can get a fix. Wish I knew why I'm the Game Goddess is unhappy with me.

You are LUCKY! My 403 error has had me unable to even load the game since last week. My ticket has been bumped up to 'higher' gurus. It is still a work in progress. I'm not slamming the support staff cause I think they are terrific. I can't wait to be back in the game.

They have bumped my ticket up to the next realm of gurus. Haven't heard from them yet. Praying for a hotfix or magic wand that will fix this problem. I miss the game!

I'm praying for a hotfix. I've been getting the 403 error msg since last week. I submitted a ticket and we are still going back & forth. I sure don't want to have to play the uninstall/reinstall game.

I turned off the UAC and re-tried the launcher. I got the same error message. Do you think a total removal and re-install of the game would help? I love Microsoft Security Essentials..mainly cause it's free..but I would be more than willing to pay for a system that would allow me to play Coh. I love this game. My frustration quotient is at an all-time high. Thanks to everyone for your suggestions.

Heard back from Support....they say it must be my security and to contact them. I use Microsoft Security Essentials and have used it for months. No problems with the game before this. M'thinks there may be some buck-passing going on. I am bummed!

I've been unable to load the game since yesterdays update. error message comes up as launcher starts to update. It says HTTP status 403 client does not have sufficient access rights to the requested server object. What is going on? and How can I fix this? Please & thanks

I spoke to the Techno-Geek at my big box store. He said my mouse was woefully out-dated. So, I now have a new mouse and everything appears to be working fine. Thank you all for responding. This is the best game in the whole world for people helping people.

Just upgraded to Windows 7 and I'm having mouse freeze in the game. Anyone know how to stop this? Please keep it simple, I'm less than stellar in the technology department. Please & thanks.

My all time favorite is Flamazing Sally, my first 50. I also like Hottie McFubar. I rarely play Villans, but my favorites are Scurvy Sally and Badbot Sally.
