On behalf of Star Alliance of the Nakama (SAN), Harmonys Heroes (HH), and Rampaging Around Without Reason (RAWR), we would like to thank the guild Darkness of the Apocalypse!
They hosted a fantastic costume/powers/bio contest in Pocket D on October 30th. There is a nice turn out and everyone put on a show for the judges! The prizes were fantastic and everyone had a great time! -
I would like to thank everyone for showing up! It was great fun and everyone had awesome costumes! The winners were as follows:
Anhur Megasdi--------->First Place
Demonic Pumpkin------->Second Place
Delasangre------------->Third Place
We are planning on other themed contests soon, so keep reading the forums! -
Okay.. after my blond moments... Lets try this again.. let the other thread fade into obscurity...
Once every year, as the fog rises off the graveyards, and the full moon flies overhead, casting a silvery hue to the night; hands push out of the graves, portals to horrific dimensions open, the citizens of Paragon and the Rogue Isles don masks and costumes (and in some cases, take them off) and celebrate the spectacle that is Halloween!
The guilds of Harmonys Heroes, Star Alliance of the Nakama, The Dynamic Bunny Brigade, and Paragon Protection Agency, along with their red side counterparts Rampaging Around Without Reason (RAWR), and Unnatural Selection invite everyone to a Halloween themed costume contest on Triumph!
The top three costumes will be chosen, and the prizes will be as follows:
3rd place: 10 million influence
2nd place: 15 million influence
1st place: 20 million influence plus a full set of Halloween Costume Pieces
The event will take place on October 17th in Pocket D at 6:00pm Pacific time, (7:00 pm MST, 8:00pm Central, and 9:00 Eastern).
To recap:
October 17th

I thought about trying it, but noticed that when Cryptic separated from NcSoft, COH got a lot better, started doing things that players have been asking for. So my assumption is that the majority of the talent stayed with COH (NcSoft).
Besides I have heard more than one reference to CO being more like WoW for Heroes... Not a selling point to me! -
Just a quick thought. I was wondering how many other out there would like additional costume slots?
For me, 5 are not enough, not with all the possibilities! I would even be willing to pay for additional slots like we do for the extra character slots.
That way those that think 5 is enough will be content, and anyone who wishes more can buy more. Or maybe have it linked to vet rewards or merit purchases?
Thoughts? -
I have three arcs that have been received fairly well..
Two have some humor 44095 (the Accidental Villain) and 116211 (What Heroes Do). These are 3 map missions. And one that is serious and 4 map missions long 56826 (Rise of Apocalypse).
None are for farming and I would appreciate any feedback to make them better! -
I find the COH search very unfriendly to use, often getting results not even close to what I am asking.
And getting back on topic. I would love to be able to switch sides! I think it could open up a series of fun new content and missions!
I would so make my EM/EA stalker a hero! -
That was an awesome story!

Then there is the issue of having clothes that don't ignite when you use your powers.
