If your PC's power supply is ramping up to feed power to your video card, thereby increasing the draw on the outlet, that could start some power imbalance for you that could affect your GPU (realistically, your whole system).
I wonder if you are having a similar problem, GreenSpot. You say you do fine when the PS is plugged directly into the wall. Do you think your PS is coming loose in other areas? Have you tried a new PS? -

Glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Even if you do still have a base, come join us anyway. Now that they've lowered the prices on base equipment and rent, it's much easier to build new ones. Hope to see you ingame!

Minor correction - the Come Crash with Mr E events are run on the Double XP weekends (not holiday weekends). You are correct, there have been three so far.

If I remember correctly, Eddie has done his Shard Extravaganza only once this year so far. He hasn't been having them every holiday like he use, too. E, on the other hand, has been filling in on the holidays with his own extravaganzas. I "think" he's done three of them so far.

I say give it a shot. What have you got to lose? Luna's Monday night TFs are always packed with three to four teams. E rules Wednesday and Saturday nights. Gen Gintoki runs Thursday nights. Leandro's rockin' the Hami almost every night from what I hear.

I mapserved continually and dc'd at the end of both the SF and the Respec! This is highly unusual for me because I have FIOS and all the cables are underground, and I pay extra so that my son and I can play different games at the same time and not have any problems. This is a recent problem and it's really bugging me. I wonder what the difference is all of a sudden.

I had fun last night. It's been a long while since I've ran either of those TFs. Thanks to all our leaders. During the respec trial, we were really lucky to get the key on the first door (I believe) so we could head to the reactor quickly. I was on my ice blaster, and had planned on taking out the bombs along the way before anyone got too close to them. We ended up stealthing half of the hallway so I only got to take out one of them.
