My main Villain , Blood Ghoul, is currently building his base(( more a lair )) and gathering his adherants (( ok slaves )), sounds just the sort of project he would like a slice of ...he is more monster than super villain , but he knows when not to bite , and does keep to his word .

he is in the handbook ..basic write up ...currently lvling a MM version ..((plotage gathering the troops))

so this is not a reworking of the LORDS ..?

if you looking for the other up and coming villain talent i have a suitable villain ..

i have a 50 DM/WP Brute and he can defeat the EB he encouters with no difficulty , and i am not using tough or weave , i have slotted attacks for -to hit debuffs and with the heal he is always good ..also the AoE +End power makes Strenght of Will end drop a non issue. ..oh and he is only slotted with basic IO's currently so is a cheap build .

True enough, the game currently doesn't offer any real tutorial for AT's. However you could equally argue that's part of the fun, if the player takes to time to learn about the power sets and plays them the way they want to.

Although it can be a grind to get to 50 (without farming), isn't this one of the game mechanics to keep the players subscribing and also master their toon?

Surely no-one agrees that getting a toon from 1 – 50 in 6-8 hours is good for the game?

your back to the problem , is the game about leveling from 1 to 50 in five weeks , or is it about having fun ?

the fact that you CAN get to 50 and enjoy the scope of a 50 in just a few hours will appeal to some people ...what is wrong with that ?

The problem exsisted before MA , who has not seen the "what is the best farming build " threads across this forum .

All MA has done is moved it into the spotlight

Why should the rest of us suffer and have our MA options and rewards limited , if farmers want to farm let them , and put them on ignore .

lets face it the WW/BM market was never a honest market , prices where hyped all the time .Players framed inf and Enhancement drops all the time .

As to your last pool pick ..wacky option Presence ..the single target taunt for pulling , and the two fear powers for control /damage mitigation , yes no good for bosses , but ouch if your fighting too many of them .

Brute or tank seem the better iron-person AT picks , I have seen some one play a petless MM
, if you where doing it as a team you could get a buffer from pool powers medicine , leadership , concealment , and something .

But Mech Please keep us posted how it goes ..

All MA has done is make farmers and power levelers work a bit easier ..and its the mainly same bunch of people ..

with MA you no longer see the Wall framers wiping out the cimerora mobs by the bucket load ...they just moved .

and i know a number of 4 days to 50 toons that are way pre MA

I have played a large number of MMO ..and in all of them there are the farmers and the 50 by noon brigade ..its a fact of life you just have to learn to ignore them …
The only real issue to the life of the game in how they effect the internal market , so all the Devs need to do is make all MA reward no drop /transfers , other games have done this and it works …
Yes you will still get farmers yes you will still get power levellers , but that’s just them having fun playing their version of the game …let them , and get on with enjoying your way of playing the game .

CoX is way to much fun to leave ...and it keeps getting better ... but then some people have been known to call me odd ..

Question..if you can use MA to level , will you allow your self to pick MA missions with all the mobs doing a limited type of attack ie all do smash or all do energy ..as this would get around the major holes in your RES / DEF s and cope with mez and KB protection ..until you get your Aegis Io ..

BTW i love Fun toons so if you want to set up a team shout ..


Oh and which power pools will you take ..

on topic short poll ..name any MMO where the players have had as much input into the content of the game as CoX ..

All i can say is i am shocked at how unrealistic and greedy players are ..want want want ..and yet its all Free content upgrades ..other MMO dont add in such content with out you having to pay for the stuff , AND its not player feed content ..Yes we pay for the game but work out how much you pay per hour played and its the cheapest fun going ....

The reality is COX has more new FREE content per year that any other MMO i can think of .

some clear want to have their cake and eat it , have 3 more slices and get to pick different toppings each time .

Sheeh what a bunch of moaning minnies ..its a FREE , repeat FREE update ..if you dont like it ignore it , its not costing you ..if you hate the game so much go play something else ...

City Hall wish to make it clear that there is NO danger of the Galaxy Girl Statue collapsing in the immediate future , there is no hazard. While there has been some questions raised over the gigantic stone statue's foundations there is no cause for alarm , and City officials have the matter in hand .
