I'm still level'ing my storm/dark (40 atm) but once he's ready I'd be willing to make some challenges (preferably not to ubar top tier peeps at first) if that would mean any chance of reviving this.

3. Hero-Villain Balance
4. Obviously you can't have a perfect duel system, but asking for most obvious fixes isn't unreasonable IMO.
4a: Ice Tanks - fix slow res, cap slow res, suppress self phases?
4b: Stalkers - mostly fine, just up the perception cap a bit cuz if I'm willing to pop 2-4 yellows along with tactics and a perc IO, I better see something.
4c: TK - for god's sake you dont have to nerf the crap out of it, just hurry up n' tone it down some.
4d: Not near as big an issue as the rest but...maybe we could change something so...Radiation doesn't win all the tourneys?
5. PvP/PvE builds
6. Remove System Matches
7. Inspiration Tier
8. Don't see this one but...exemp'ing and keeping accolades and set bonuses? (at least from the powers you had by the exemp'd level)
9. PvP Tutorial - As long as it opens with something like "if you dislike inspirations, we're sending you to a forced labor camp"

So like...with Terp back will thar be any new duel ladder?

While i dont' pve with it, I just picked up TP foe on my Ice/Storm Troller and have to say, this is the funnest build of all time

Nothin like dropping all your damage and slow patches then tp'ing an RV badge hunter off his heavy (i'm such a noob i can rarely manage to get a kill on any toon that has to fight the heavy too )

First of all: ur res #s seem quite off.

Second of all: sonic cage is not useless, i suppose in a team duel u would rather have an extremely dangerous rad troller or whatever running around than sitting in a cage???? highly odd thinking lol

Third of all: clarify gives perception, something everyone loves in pvp.

Overall, I'd have to say the only lackluster power int he whole darn set is repulsion...

But seriously, how bout knowing something about the set first??

I find it surprising too BUT not very hard to believe.

A week or two ago I was testing my 3 centrioled impale (should be about 128 feet with this #)'s max range vs. someone's psionic lance (150 feet)'s max range cuz I was hitting things from really far. The "Set As Waypoint" option was grayed out when I targetted her when we were both at max range, but It sure as hell looked like 15-30 feet apart if you ask me.
