This statement confuses me. If they don't want the thoughts of the vocal minority, why post on the forums? We kinda seem to be the vocal minority. For example, there are over 100,000 registered users for the forums, but typically fewer than 500 will actually be on and browsing this topic. That is less than 1%. I'd hardly consider that more than a minority, just as I am sure that all the people who play the game do not read the forums. Some are not even registered.

LRSF has been done with 6 corruptors (stacked veng and one shivan, IIRC). I believe any team makeup can do it. The problem is, how often have those people played together? An "optimal" team can do it, but a pure PUG cannot.

I have made 4 attempts since my main hit 50. One was successful (we used 7 corruptors, and I mainly played taunt bot). The other three either aborted due to too many DCs (one during the Vindicators fight) or because people simply quit the first time they died.

I know an all-dom team did it, and an all-stalker team came close. I believe both used shivans and nukes.

Well, I started playing the game almost a year ago. It seemed appropriate that since all my work buddies played, I should too. They kept telling me, "We need a meat shield, we need you to be a brute!" So I played as a meat shield. Vengeance was used many times on my limp body.

Then, the SG folded because of some stupid game with orcs.

I went to another server and made a Stone/ELA brute. The crowning moment came one night while soloing. I was at the red part when it starts going flashy-flashy. All the toggles were down, and the purple COT boss was laughing it up as his hold expired. I had just enough end for two hammer shots. From full health, he was quickly reduced to a quivering mass of goo. He also happened to drop a catch a breath, so the archers and associated ilk were quick to follow. I didn't really understand how it happened...then i noticed where my fury bar was. Now, I came back to the EM/INV I started with. So much fun. So much SMASH. So much getting in their faces and laughing (except maybe carnies. They can put a serious hurt on an inv (stupid psi/end/illusory crap!)
