I went dark/dark/dark/goose (kidding on the last part) and my solution to flyers was to just take AirSup in the flight travel pool.

Knock 'em out of the air into tar pit and your friends, and it's all good after that.

I've solo'd plenty of AVs and a GM or two with relative ease using a necro/dark build. It tends to be a bit rough during the initial assault, before all of the acc debuffs go in, but once things stabilize the target can't really do much but flail around as the zombies whomp him.

The -regen debuffs don't hurt any, either. Just personal experience.

Most of the time in my bio stuff, if I have something in there, it's a parody of other such themes. There used to be a mention in Liz' bio about "To psychics - you see yourself in the midst of a tryst with a 15th century gargoyle. Pervert." Similar reasoning.

I like poking fun at stuff. People take stuff too seriously sometimes.

Do not...

- Run away from your Dark Miasma def/corr/MM. If I run up to hug you, it's probably because I'm about to use twilight grasp to try to heal you so you don't die. Repeated violations of this will likely result in me concluding it's simply more end efficient to Howling Twilight you, because at least then you can't run away from me.

- Tell me my powerset/build is underpowered. I solo stuff on relentless with no issue whatsoever.

- Try to tell me that vet badges = uberleetgodlike knowledge of the game. More often than not, yes, it means you have more experience, but there've been moments where I've been forced to wonder...

- Expect me to PvP. You can enjoy it all you like. Just because you love it doesn't mean I do.

- Ask for an invite to a vg as a level 6 and say "Oh, sweet, 50s. Could you guys PL me?" This isn't to say 'don't accept if it's offered', but don't just expect 50s to pl you.

- Think that just because I'm an MM I'm a tank spec MM. I don't play like that, and much prefer to play more like a defender whose damage is largely independent of their end bar.

- Aim for my anchor. Please. I understand if you accidentally AoE it or somesuch, but your constant sniping of them makes me think you don't -want- Darkest Night up.
