Yeah helps if I mention that.....dark/dark.......probably to about 30...thats when the 30/35 IOs kick in

I've decided finally on my end game build of which I'm very happy with, however as a leveling build it will be pretty bad, can someone help me out with a decent leveling build.

I am trying to figure out which way to tank and I am considering dark.......are they any good??? My first choice was WP but the aggro holding is poor and im not convinced about the survivability of INV...aldo the PSI hole keeps nagging me.

Call me weird but for me purpling doesn't always make for the most effective build and it isn't always the most expensive.....but congrats on the achievement

I can't commit to doing many TF's so I want to run my 50 scrapper in ouro to accumulate merits.....but which arcs offer the best merit to time ratio.....i will be running on minimum difficulty settings

I want to re roll my WP/EN tank with a WM but unsure if I should go inv or WP as my main. On paper WP looks the better build but how team friendly is it compared to Inv with its taunt aura, also the Inv Psy hole worries me as I get the feeling GR will test areas other than s/l (ie Psycic clockwork)
Funds are not a problem .... neither are difficult to find IO sets...sooo.....help !!!! -
Can someone tell me th best channels to join on freedom, Im too casual a player for SGs but it owuld be nice to get inpon TF action etc

We have all seen stoners lumbering around maps begging for SB.....but if you choose Teleport as a travel power and pack as much recharge into powers as possible are they enjoyable to play.
I have a EN/WP tank which i made pre-i13 who was great but i cannot stand the cast time on all the powers and not enough aoes involved so im looking for a change but I dont want to be stuck with something thats going to annoy me as much. -
Decent arc to start, final mish AV spawned as an AV even though I was solo and no AVs were selected, I still managed to almost beat her until she ran away and that part ruined the entire arc for me im sorry to say.
Otherwise I liked the use of maps and patrols, nice little story with a couple of twists just left feeling a little deflated after spending a good 20 mins fighting the AV and almost killing her for her to then scarper and me to have a fail -
1.85 bill I really have no clue but... bravo !!!!!! I'm seriously impressed

Before I make one of these fun things I like to build in Mids.......with phantom army being a great shield/agro holder etc do I need to build for any defence or resistance at all or is building purely for recharge the way forward?

Repec'd at 47, curently running at 48 and Im very happy with the build....as someone predicted there is a slight end issue but I haven't bought a miracle, Perf shifter proc or got either portal jocky and atlas medallion yet so I dont think this will play out to be an issue ty all for your input

My idea is to be able to solo as well as team as im in the UK it can be hard to find teams at times.
I want to soft cap range as the plan is to use rain of fire and snowstorm to slow groups sufficiently, pick off the bosses with the single target attacks and use psy scream, fireball and firebreath to blow up the mobs, with them being slowed, hopefully mobs will be down before they reach melee range.
Ive done some changes, slotted psyc shockwave for some damage and replaced flashfreeze with world of confusion, slotted for confused as an extra control power. This has also taken me closer to the softcap.
I have used as many posi as I can for damage and also recharge.
Hurdle and CJ are there so I can also kite when needed.

It was just a wonder......ive s/l at 45% and rest at 40% without RttC and regen at 686% with one enemy and 1118% with 10 so its a nice to have.
