This build is not only a perma domination it's a perma hasten too.

Sure i might have trouble getting some of the enhancements, but i'm making good money and a 400 mill build would be attainable for me.

If you want to hit those 85%+ you have to make some sacrifices. I don't really see a problem having decimation in my dominate since:

1. good pvp'rs carry bf so it's mostly to detoggle or when they run out.

2. Domination is up all the time so it adds 50% hold duration so if i hold them 30 sec or 2 min i don't think it matter as they should be dead within 30 sec or i suck.

3. I'm ice for 2nd pool and have power boost.

And last there there is no hold IO set that offers recharge bonus.

1 slot your hold for hold dur acc recharge, you want to burn those bfs as fast as possible.

I have toons on both servers for PvP so the server move feature wouldn't affect me much aside from maybe moving a toon with a whole [censored] load of Inf to Union so I can sort my Controller out with IO's.

I would'nt mind moving toons to defiant if they had more pvpers or if we call it the unoffical pvp server. Doesn't really help that kerensky won't make a poll. Maybe we should have a vote on this thread or another. How did they decide on the rp server?

dark/psi isnt really a support toon, its more of a offender. What I'd do is take out psychic scream recall friend and dread ful wail for the leadership pool, you really want tactics as you have no defense debuff and to keep your toggles up on invis targets.

very weird build if i may say. take out ice storm and blizzard and u want more recharge in aim and build up

Sure its good for debuffing tohit and fearing but it has [censored] damage. And not a good build up for pvp
