The problem here is retarded people not knowing when to pop greens or how to evade incoming damage i,e breaking up mini spikes. The only possible problem I can see with Psy and maybe sometime in the future getting changed is delayed damage (which is what makes psy so good, the way the attacks hit the target allows you to set up a mini spike)

The damage is not overpowered, and the recharge time isn't insanly fast at all, and while I understand that your english isn't perfect, mine isn't either you can't come on the forums make up numbers, make up power names, make up percentages and make up reasons as to why they are OP. It doesn't work like that, watch I can do it too

I think AR is OP'd because it has so many AoE's that you can hit multiple people at once in RV, also I think Full auto or beanbag or slug?! should change activation from 1 or 1.2 to 2.1 or 2.5 whatever it is. As it stands AR is by far the most OP set and it needs to be fixed, theres also about 88% of all blasters in RV that are AR. THIS IS A FACT I DIDN'T MAKE THIS UP.

Well you might get put off the idea of PvP if you're getting KB'd about like a ragdoll and farmed like this tardalo who wants to join NWTGBU.

I suggest get to 50, max out KB prot (42-45) build some +HP, especially if its a squishy toon and then participate in KB's and team arena matches, just stay out of things like duels because then you'll think you're good (like me) if you beat an ice/ice dom on your psy/em.
