the smash/lethal resist cap is 90%. brutes cant hit that unless they are granite with tough

I have 2 /Nin Stalkers and the to slot them up to be fully soft-capped IS expensive. I didn't bother because I don't PVP and anything over 40% seems good enough for PVE.
