I dont have a build to show you but I can tell you Necro/Storm is a lot fo fun and pretty nasty. I found the key for me was just knocking everything down with gust, hurricane, and freezing rain and then letting my undead hordes feast on them whille they flop around oin the ground like fish.

I'm considering building a Merc MM and am wondering why they seam to be the bottom feeders of the MM world? I see in the comments of posts often that Mercs suck, but I've not found any actual post detailing why. They seam like a decent ranged bunch of grunts, and are supposed to have some good AoE. What am I missing?

What is the highest Regeneration rate, in HP/sec, with no powers active, just walking around regen rate, that you have gotten on one of your toons?

Personally I took both on my SM/WP but I'm building a maximum regen build, im trying to fit every regen bonus and such possible, i'm halfway through it and with QR+Stamina my Blue bar rarely dips below about half. as for stacking health, I like it for my builds mostly because I solo alot and hate resting, when you regen 20hp/sec while walking around it makes resting obsolete.

The Wiki doesnt have any set categories logged for the Energy Mastery ancillary powerset. Is this an error, ive seen it happen before, or will the powers form EM take IO sets and if so which ones?

I was looking at TA recently and thinking about many of the things in this guide. I was about to roll one up and found your guide here, thanks for doing all the legwork man. I am definately building one now, im gonna go robotics, How do you feel about taking an attack power at lvl 2 if i took the knockback Plasma rifle instead of flash arrow?

I'm working on a guide. I've been writing this guide as I've been leveling the character. It's kind of a combined Build guide/advancement diary of my Toon. I want to post it but have only made it to level 13. Would posting it now and updating it as I go along be acceptable, or should I wait a few months until I'm done and post the whole thing at once?
