While I watch very little TV these days, what little I did watch was generally on the Sci Fi channel.

The name change, as long as the content doesn't change, is a non-issue.

Should the content drift even further away from the Science Fiction they currently pay a nodding acknowledgement to I'll stop watching even that.

I think the point they are trying to make is if the patch works fine on one version of Windows but not another the patch is fine, it's Windows that is borked.

Windows 7 isn't in release yet. They wouldn't even have tested the patch on a Windows 7 machine most likely.

Phoenicies appears without so much as a whisper, looking around the building empty of it's usual denizens.

"My Turn I think" he says quietly, then he turns slowly abround in a circle. As he does so the decor changes. Shifting from the eclectic collection of designs and fixtures normal for the rookery to an opulent oriental motif.

A low table is surrounded by plush pillows for those who wish to recline as they eat. Space is reserved alon the outer walls for secluded areas for those who wish a bit more privacy.

The chef bots & coffee machines vanish to be replaced by a continual stream of serving girls who always seem to have exactly what the patrons wish.

Nodding to himself Phoenicis takes a seat at the head of the table, a satisfied smile on his face.

Reading the story it sounds like people tried to talk him out of his tactics. He refused to change when told that what he was doing wasn't considered fair.

While I don't approve of people leveling real life threats because of his tactics, I figure they were just venting because of their frustration with someone who refused to play by the rules the players established.

I don't know, but if he refuses to follow 'society's' rules in a game, how likely is he to follow 'society's' rules in real life?

Just a note, you don't HAVE to do the arc. team with someone who has the badge and bingo yer in.

Enter from from Steel (and maybe the other heroside zone, don't know about vilain side) and you can get the badge easily enough.
