They did follow thru with it. While the problem with the servers not being listed was going on you could save transfers. That problem has been fixed and now saving them isn't necessary. You are disgruntled because you missed the window where saving them was necessary.
Now it would have been nice if they announced when the fix was made that that option to save them was no longer being offered instead of only responding in a thread that the list was fixed and nothing else.
Also I don't think they ever did make them sorable period they advertised it without checking their capability is the jist of what i get from the posts I have seen.
Poor advertisement is poor they should check these things before posting is my point. -

Masque you don't want PvP io's and other io's o.O ?
RE the AoE buffs I can see that some people don't want them in caves etc a Prompt would be great. The aoe cold and thermal buffs is going to make the game un playable for a friend of mine :/ He crashes (repeatedly) when they are applied to him. So there may be some valid complaints on this though as 90% of my toons are support toons i love it. -

What:
Who can run the old posi the fastest. This is the Old Positron Task Force, now available through the Flashback system. While the old Positron Task Force required at least three people to start, The New Recruits functions as any other Flashback story arc, meaning it can be started and completed solo. Note like all other Flashback story arcs and Task Forces, characters cannot be added to the team once the Flashback has begun.

There will be 3 categories fastest solo, fastest trio (original minimum), and fastest 8 man.
Teams will register in this thread by stating which category they are entering (Only one category entry allowed per global), and the globals of those entering.
DO NOT POST screenshots in the thread.
Prizes:To be eligible for prizes, your team will need to e-mail a screenshot* to: Justice.events@gmail.com (see below for more details).
The race prizes are as follows:
Fastest solo completion
250,000,000 + random PvP io
Fastest Trio
150,000,000 for each player + random PvP io
Fastest 8 man
100,000,000 for each player + random PvP io
There will also be 10 Mystery Prizes randomly awarded (via random number generator). Any player who participates in this event will be entered into the drawing.
Rules & Additional Info:
This is meant to be fun I can not police any event like this so please use your best judgment and don't cheat.
Screenshots:
Times will be judged using screenshots.
One player from the team will need to take a screenshot that shows the team window, the XP/Menu bar (the portion that shows TF challenge settings) and the TF completion window with the final time and number of deaths. You don't need to rename or resize the screenshot; just pull it out of your CoH Screenshots folder and attach it to an e-mail. Edited screenshots will be disqualified.
To qualify for any of the race prizes, your team must submit a screenshot to: Justice.events@gmail.comEach team should discuss who will be taking and submitting the screenshot. Remember not to close your window or exit the mission until a screenshot is taken and you have verified it contains all the required information. You also need to include global names for the rest of the team.
The command to make the UI visible in screenshots is: /screenshotui 1
The command to disable the UI afterwards is: /screenshotui 0

The reason I said playstyle and luck are important for the sucess of a PvP character was mostly because I was speaking about zone and duel PvP as well not just Team Arena.
In duels luck can play a huge part in getting a crit when you need it or missing a kill shot. Playstyle is huge in zone, duels and I would even say team.
As far as the KB question- I think I must be asking my question poorly. What I was trying to ask was if there are different DR curves (to make up a term) for KB then there is for KB protection. I actually already kind of knew that there was because of some testing we had done in the last few leagues but the question always comes up and people argue about it each time.
Some say that to protect yourself from KB you HAVE TO HAVE equal to or greater KB protection then the power hitting you (this would be true in pve) however we found that you don't get KB'd with lower protection then the KB a power should have based on Mids.
So I did some quick testing:
My Blaster has 45 KB outside of PvP
this is DR'd to 10.5 pts of protection in PvP
My Mind/FF has force bolt 6 slotted with Kinetic Crashes so
51.21Pts of KB
In PvP if I try to force bolt my blaster he is not KB'd at all. So it would seem to me that KB is DR'd to a greater extent then KB protection.
If I toggle my acrobatics off on my blaster his KB protection drops to 8.7 pts of protection in PvP and my force bolt IS able to KB him.
So 51.21 pts of KB gets DR'd to somewhere between 8.7 and 10.5 pts of KB in PvP.
In this example:
My Mind/FF has force bolt 6 slotted with Kinetic Crashes so
51.21Pts of KB
The fact that you have enhancers means that part have DR aplied to it. So look at the base value and subtract that from your 51.21 pts that is the value that the DR will apply to. so now you have something like this:
45 kb protection vs 51.21-DR's enhancer buff [or your base kb+(enhancements - DR)]
Since you are not being kb's it's below 45
since you get KB'd with acco off it's above 35? (forget if acco is 9 0r 10 pts protection)
Can't find my usb drive with mids on it here at work to give the base numbers and enhancement numbers. -

Question Philly-
Wouldn't it be better to go with Dark Embrace and Power Boost (Soul Mastery) than Power Mastery? You cap resistance in PvP with both Temp Invuln and Dark Embrace so that's pretty equal but Power Boost has half the recharge of power build up (120 versus 240) and a longer duration (15 seconds versus 12.5).
