Try sending OOC tells to the characters you're wanting to interact with, maybe that will lead to a "chance" encounter between your toon and theirs. I know your feeling of not wanting to jump into other's RP, but a friendly OOC tell might help, also it might introduce you to other RP'ers. Good luck!

LOTS of coffee, Mtn Dew and 5 hour energy drinks. I have 3 toons in mind. My lvl 27 SS/fire brute, Jet City Woman has been sitting for too long. MY new blaster, Miss Eve Parker, a DP/NRG combo is 28 and needs more! Also Gothika Maiden is at 38 as of now. She's a mind/kin 'troller. Definitely gonna work on her as well.

Greetings all. On 2xp weekend, I plan on leveling up my 27 SS/fire brute, Jet City Woman and my 28 DP/NRG blaster Miss Eve Parker. Then maybe my 38 mind/kin troller Gothika Maiden. So I like female toons lol
