Hmm, I have a speedster type character. Name's The Golden Jett. I made him an elec melee/shield def scrapper. Also took super speed, triple slotted with the Celerity set, swift and the prestige sprint quick (I think)

Ahh my mistake. I always get procs and globals mixed up. I'm not that smart in the wqay of IO's and sets and stuff. Every time I try to read up on them I get all confuzzled. Thanks for all the info in this thread guys!

Well, I just thought of something. (I know, I know ... now you smell smoke) Since the Numina +Regen/Recov is a global bonus, won't it still work if I get a lvl 50 and exemp down anyway?

It could work like the salvage inventory did when we had base salvage. Weren't they in seperate tabs? And didn't base salvage have no effect on your invention salvage inventory? If I remember correctly, that worked for salvage.
