Kin lives in the "short" to "melee" range. if you feel safe enough in that zone to use AR then feel free. Kin makes everything more dangerous.

Duke Mordragor returns in a later Arc from mage killer as the vessel for a CoT. I will look over the story acr and see if there is anything that touches the BotBS, Gazdul, or such.

Arena != RV.

Arena is the most controlled environment we can make. Yes, the numbers should match up between arena and any other PvP zone. Arena, need not fear random drive-by's.

The monkey dance was why I was asking.. I wanted it in my Shadow Cloak bind.

it's likely I missed this.. there are different versions of "/em dance" each of these Dances should have their own names, yes? If so, is there a list of them about?

QFlight's a panic button now, no more/no less. It's basically the same thing as being able to get Phase Shift without having to get 3 other powers first. AND you get max flight speed. It's not a completely useless power, but unless you were the type of person who wants that short duration oh crap power, it's not worth taking. It's certainly not worth slotting anymore.

I could be way off here.

'Burn' by the way I read its description lent more to be used for mobility. 'Burn'ing away webs, shadows, stone whatever. That it did damage was a bonus and icing in my eyes. An F tank might be more offensive it is not really the primary damage dealer. pardon me for not being bothered by the changes.
