I'm using a DM, I have MG and it rocks!

Powerforge has soloed him, so I know its possible, but since I want it to be a Master of Statesman's Task Force, not sure that would be the best idea.

I'm not planning on Tanking LR, we'll need a Tank or two, two support, already have two scrappers with me and Infernoassassin, gonna need a blaster, and one of them probably should have done it successfully at least once, to lead.

So far we have:
Infernoassassin DM/FA
Shado-Strike DM/SR
Adileh PB
Fedor [Bring whichever you feel most comfortable with]
Transhade [I'll chat with you about it sometime before, during, or after our all scrapper try on Sunday]

Rad, tell you what, since it'd be a bad idea to try that during MoSTF we'll go to Mender Silos' TF after and you can point and giggle all you want.

I just read the thread about an Inv/SS tank tanking the STF, now here's the insane part.

Early Saturday [I work 3rd shift starting at 10pm est] or Monday I would like to do a MoSTF run, I'll be using my DM/SR AV killer, but the kicker that I know some people won't like is my GF will be coming along playing her PB.

Hence the challenge:

Who will Rise to the challenge and join one crazy scrapper and his illuminating girlfriend to end the threat of Lord Recluse???

So last night my GF and I ran with a team on the new 5th Column TF.

Overall it was pretty good, we had two Trollers both kin, one Grav the other fire, a Stone/Ice Tank... he had Jump Kick!!!... My GF's PB Adileh, and Shado-Strike.

It was a decent run, unfortunately it was on heroic so the only time I got close to dying until Reichman was on the renamed Nos. But at the end my AV Soloing came handy, the kins help speed it along.

We figured out with the two kins when my GF went to Nova, we had enough damage to chip away at Reichman... of course with the requisite ray gun to make him vulnerable.

The best thing of the night however was when Vanessa died, she gave me a gift, Hecatomb: Dam/Rech!
Finally a purple I could use, checked the Market 150,000,000 was the average price... looks like I need to make alot of money for the rest of the set!!

I think the next step is setting up a time and signing up, we'll need someone from each server to run theirs, I'm only on Virtue.
On test we'd probably have to do multiple runs, which is fine we could even turn it into a race

if you slot sprint with either the run +stealth or the jump +stealth, it'll give you 65' PvE and you'll be just about invisible to most enemies.

We could turn it into a multi server thing because even if you run it on test their may be too many people wanting in.
So we could get a Virtue TF, a freedom TF, and pinnacle and etc.
Have someone run a video recorder and then put them up for everyone to enjoy.

I'd definitely say do fm/sr he's got Atomic fire and speed!!!

Upon further review I can do Sunday... thought I might be visiting relatives that day.

I'd also be interested in doing a Virtue STF or ITF or [insert TF here]

Monday night would work great with me, let me know what you think.

Not too long ago BillZ did an all Scrapper ITF, but I haven't heard of an all scrapper STF, if you were to do it on Virtue you can count me in though... as long as my work schedule doesn't get in the way.

You do realize that it is always at 10% and has a fear effect when it happens?

I was two when I first saw the Stalker inherent I was playing my stalker. I thought some dom or corr was hiding around the corner fearing enemies... then I looked at the inherent and thought "That's better then scrappers!?"

Both work and you'll find tons of people that have their favorite, what I've seen is that overall the easiest ways to have an AV killer with the least amount of inf are FM/SR and DM/SR.
I have both, I enjoy both, I just prefer dark to fire.

As has been said before the Scrapper pools are well balanced and well designed.

Pick your poison.

If however you have a little less loose budget, through Merits and whatnot. DM/SR will also work and give a little build space.

How would the experts feel about putting the "Steadfast perception: Res/Def" in Shadow Fall?

You can also set in the options a button to turn UI on.

As for AE AVs it really depends on the AV and how you build them.
I made a MA/Kin AV that I thought would be a beast to fight but he went down easy, then I made an AV that as Werner put "Was all the excitement and danger of fighting a wall."
He was Thugs/WP.

So, it really depends on each one.

I just wanted to add and I didn't read the entire thread so this may have been said already.
With my soloer, Shado-Strike, he really doesn't limit his use much by being able to solo AVs. Probably couldn't solo all of them but I have soloed a few AVs and even the AV Duo of Crimson and Indigo, but he also does groups well.

Btw, both times I fought Chimera I started with a ranged attack and he didn't switch to his Kat until he was between a 4th and a 8th of life.

well... I do believe I found it!
I found this delightful little Arc with nothing but Tanks and in the last room shaped [as far as I can tell] correctly.
Attacking the three tanks in the last room sets off an ambush which has a bunch of Tanks in it... after killing all these Tanks a spawn forms with a bunch of Tanks attacking each other... much to my horror...

Stealing my tickets!!!

I finished and died twice, had to use insps though.

The Arc was called: Little Challenge
or something like that.
I found it with keyword search: Challenge

I just wish I had had the opportunity to try it
