Yeah as the post said,i was just curious to see if there were any lvl 50 storm/rad defenders out there or if Oxygene is the only one,cause if i am the only one im gonna put it in my search textNot very likely though

So if i were to set the levels to say 16-30, even my lvl 49 could join in but would be exemped down to 30??And a lvl 12 would be sked to lvl 16??

Hi guys,me and my Sg coalition are planning on doing regular PvP events,and i was wondering,how do you set levels so that a lvl 49 can fight a lvl 39 for example??

I have a lvl 47 storm/rad and my experience is that first of all,these two powersets work well together,and secondly that what previous posters have said about the chaos factor is absolutely true,if you know what you´re doing you´ll love it and so will the team(except some tanks hehe)but the margin for error is sometimes quite narrow,but generally i would strongly recommend storm,i cant see myself playing anything else at the moment,and also with hurricane and lightning storm and freezing rain you´re the undisputed king of the Terror Volta respecs

So there is no power i can get(from power pools or epic powers)besides CJ and Acrobatics that helps my hold resistance??

Im playing a storm/rad defender and im about to get to choose some epic powers,i was just wondering which of these is best(if any) for hold and mez resistance,i already have combat jumping,health and acrobatics,basically i want to be able to keep the machinery going non stop without having to pop hundreds of BFs in PvP,i know it´s probably impossible but is there a way with epic powers??

Ohh,so they dont affect dmg,well now that you mention it i guess it´s pretty obvious....hmm,maybe i should reslot it,anyone knows how lnog the debuff last,is it just when they´re inside the AoE or if it lasts even while they´ve ran out of it??(Sorry for hijacking the thread btw)

Well,say whatever you want....blasters kiss my feet,and i believe that using FR on a group of 2 mobs is a solid waste of an AoE.....and i´ve had one complaint in 35 lvls,and that´s because i was playing while drunk(generally not good),but i respect your opinions altough i do not agree

I see Psygon thanks for the tipHowever i will persevere in my ways,cause seriously,having a -def debuff of 110 percent is just very cool,and the opportunities to use it more often than it´s natural recharge rate allows for rarely comes up(weird sentence there)and used in alliance with blaster novas....well you figure it out....a niova that does basically double the dmg(at least according to numbers)is sweet

I will however change the slotting on some of my attacks due to your lesson about ED,thanks

In Freezing Rain i would go for 5 defdebuffs and one recharge,possibly even 6 def debuffs, since you wont get that golden opportunity to sue it more than at the start of each group of mobs(generally speaking)and in hurricane 5 thit debuffs and 1 endrdx as with stamina you´ll be fine,six slto stamina though is my tip tooThis coming froma lvl 35 storm/rad defender....but your style is your style and my style is mine so do whatever you want

Reading another thread i got curious,for just how long do debuffs like for example Freezing Rain and Irradiate last??Is the freezing rain one only for as long as they are inside the "patch area" and so forth??

They sure doHowever i like being stunsleptmezzedkbedwithnohpleft.......hehe,actualy l that tactic works pretty well with hurricane and it´s major acc debuff,jsut need to make sure the tank has got a lot of aggro first hehe

Well for PvP im not really interested,what im getting at is will i with these two be able to say,run into a bunch of purples who´re ganged up on my tank and knock them all away instantly,or do i need to stand there for 1.0 seconds??see my point??im a bit fuzzy hehe,btw i can afford losing lots of stamina as im not really stamina heavy otherwise,thanks for the tips though

Since i really like pinballing and hurricane´s been nerfed a bit,you think running whirlwind and hurricane simultaneously would be sorta like "old" hurricane??
