Freezing Rain duration, 20 seconds, irradiate 5 seconds. Both last until the duration is through, with freezing rain even if they manage to flee the AoE. If they get outside ofthe AoE, I *think* the debuff still applies, but they're spared the fun of falling over every other second.

It does indeed last if they go outside the rain, tested it the other day.
Irradiate lasts about 30s. Certainly a useful duration.

Having started a dark/rad recently I'm curious to know how long irradiate last as well. I'd seen the same US post about it being 15 seconds which is why I picked it.
And your post did give me my first laugh of the day as well. 
Reading another thread i got curious,for just how long do debuffs like for example Freezing Rain and Irradiate last??Is the freezing rain one only for as long as they are inside the "patch area" and so forth??
