Fascinating - now I am told the I will get my December points on the 28th before midnight sometime. So now they are holding points I pay for on the 4th till the end of the month .Yep sound un VIPish to me.

That would be incredibly short-term thinking. I'm not saying that it's not possible - NCSoft might have given Paragon an ultimatum to milk their remaining subscriber base for all they can for the next year or so while competition from new and existing MMORPGs, both in its genre niche and in others, erodes its popularity - but it would be disappointing.

W/e problems they're having with their coding could be sorted out in the back ground while they use a spreadsheet (or its equivalent) in the meantime to track what hey have awarded to whom. And then, once they get their side sorted, they could make the adjustments to the talllies.
But somewhere the decision was made to inconvenience us instead of them. And so, we have what we have.
At least that's how it seems. -

Well it's after midnight -that makes it the 12th. No store points.My date falls on the 4th they took the money - we were told they would fall on the 11 th of the month and gradually synch up. Last month they fell on the 9th. So far nada- VIP?

A couple of things I hate about the trials - waiting 20 minutes or so while they get organized- brb's , zoning , alting . Then somone usally doe not press go.
I play on about 5 servers but getting a trial on Triumph seems to require a membership to some secret club. Multiple times I have seen people ignored in broadcast. I kn ow there are channels for this but if you join one but are blocked from communicating till you get permission how is this working. -

Take everything that is now something that a VIP has to unlock with points (powersets, costume packs, etc.) and unlock them. If this means the monthly stipend of points needs to be reduced or even go away, that's fine. Make it truly desirable to be a VIP. Right now, there really isn't much incentive for me to keep paying $15 a month. If I didn't have to worry about buying any new content ever again, I'd make sure my subscription stays active.

My issue was buying it thru the costume creator - bought tha bundle but it only charged me 320 points for this I got only the male options , no guns , no female saloon girl stuff. Support has not been able to help[ so do not buy thru the costume creator.

I bought the Gunslinger pack thru the costume creator instead of going in game to buy it . I am told the creator charged me 320 points for an imcomplete pack - male set only and nothing can be done about this unless I rebuy the pack . Caution don't buy packs unless in game.

Still not having a concrete date for all my VIP Perks.
Having three separate dates for my VIP Perks.
Having a market interface that is less useful and harder to navigate than a online market from the 90s.
Not being able to see my purchase history in the market.
Not being shown what I've already purchased INSIDE the market interface.
Anticipating being treated as something to be preyed on with the new "Super Packs".
Any number of ongoing bugs that are getting neglected (Fog of War comes to mind).

I am having a problem with the Gunslinger pack- made the mistake of purchasing it from the costume creator end so did not get whole pack and so far no joy from Customer support. I would like to be treated like a Very important person on my two vip accounts not a very insignificant problem. -

My problem is getting to apply in game. If you copy from the pre made gunslinger male it goes in game The female sallon girl - no go. if you use the guns from the pack they show up . But no individual costume pieces . Everything has a lock on it o9n the creator but some things appear in game. I have the codes as this happened on two accounts.

Nice set. I used my points on both of my accounts to get it but cannot acess the costumes properly. Points were taken , I have the codes . Created a gunslinger on one account it worked fine - character is in the game but cannot alter preexisting character to gunslinger female costume. Filed a supporet ticket but it has been elevated to senior specialist. It would be really nice if these sets worked in game.
