I often wondered why it was such a pain to get our rewards and knowing that it is an extremely painful process to develop those rewards it all makes sense!

Not sure if that's still the plan, or what. All in one day at the start of the month of purchase is what makes the most sense to me, but we're still not even close to that. What particularly bugs me about this is that there would not be such a long hold up if they had actual issues getting money from people. Since it's a reward, it doesn't seem to merit importance. Even if that's not the intent, that's the impression I've gotten from the start from the response to it.

I find it particularly disturbing that the NCSoft customer support team and our community mods are so at odds over this in how things are supposed to work. Back in the fall when I was wondering what was happening with my points, CS told me at first that I wasn't supposed to get them until the end of the month of my purchase, even though that was at odds with what Zwill was telling us. I told them that, and then suddenly I was correct, but it took a few back and forth exchanges to find out what was going on.

They really need to be clear on how this is currently working and what is intended and get the kinks out now. This isn't like a minor costume glitch or something in game.

This is something that is supposed to be a selling point for VIP access, a reward. Instead, it's a source of confusion and worry. The rewards system should be simple, obvious, and it should be plainly visible on the account management screen exactly what you get and when you get it. It shouldn't be something you have to file a support ticket on because you can't even be sure if it's working right or not. It needs to fixed, reworked from scratch if that's what it takes.

I mean, I've been lucky and I *think* mine is working right, but I can't be 100% sure of that because I didn't keep meticulous records. The points are sort of visible in account management, but not the tokens.

GF, I know it's not something you or Paragon have direct control over, but you need to understand just how incredibly patient the player base has been on this issue. Maybe call up a few powers that be and emphasize to them just how important it is that it gets definitively improved before that patience wears thin.

I'm just so exhausted, I can't sleep but I can't move. My body always tense, it's just so much to take in all at once. Did Han really shoot first? And the bigger question over all else is, should I really care?

I know women that practically dress their husbands when they go out because they simply don't trust them not to wear something wrong, then turn to these same people they think are walking fashion lobotomies and say "does this top look good with this skirt?" That's how crazy women's fashion makes women, they'll ask the brain dead for second opinions.

Some women do this just because they like hearing they look good of course, but others genuinely aren't sure.
