    That is odd, my second account bills on the 11 th of the month and the points were there on the 11 at about 10 p.m.. On my main it has been a constant battle till this month to get them. My billing date is the 4th and finally on this month after 2 months of promises I got them on the 4th- oddly enough about 10p.m.

    I often wondered why it was such a pain to get our rewards and knowing that it is an extremely painful process to develop those rewards it all makes sense!

    Now that was funny- not sure if it was true as I heard the points were extracted from the souls of accountants.
  4. It 's the 4th and I just checked at 8:25 and my points are there. Finally on time but sadly I don't know if this a fluke or the new status quo.

I told them that, and then suddenly I was correct, but it took a few back and forth exchanges to find out what was going on.

    They really need to be clear on how this is currently working and what is intended and get the kinks out now. This isn't like a minor costume glitch or something in game.
    My date is the fourth - I have been assured two months in a row now my stipend would be awarded on the 4th. Since Vip it has always been late - but not once has NC Soft been late in getting my monthly payment. I dropped the 6 month renewal in favor of one month over this issue. Tommorow is my date for them to get money and supposed to be my oft promised date for the stipend. Time will tell.

    GF, I know it's not something you or Paragon have direct control over, but you need to understand just how incredibly patient the player base has been on this issue. Maybe call up a few powers that be and emphasize to them just how important it is that it gets definitively improved before that patience wears thin.

  10. My points were ther last night and I have been assurd for the 3rd time that they will be there on the the 4th next month. I will wait and see - my trust in Paragon Studios is nil on this issue.

  14. It's the fifth - my billing date is the 4th - no points as promised the last two months. No offical anouncement - nothing. Why promise a product and not deliver it? I saw about Zwillingers's comment on a Triumph channel. One server channel comment does not make an anoouncement. It's nice they are charging ful steam ahead but fix the annoying things before they destroy all trust in Paragon Studios.
    So I filed yet another support ticket.
  15. The only 50 I ever deleted was a Tank . he was an alt and my first and only tank 50. I will not delete a brute or scrapper 50.

    I would think the support time wasted on this month after month would be some expense - maybe small but it takes away from other support functions. And it will not make them money from me as I refuse to buy anything till the promised points are fixed.. And I agree player goodwil must count for nothing. Just a simple we are working on a fix - we are sorry might count for something.

    I have especially noticed the lack of knowing what conventional is in the 22 or so age group of women. I see this from the women my sons are around.Often I want to ask am I supposed to see your thong ? I am from that generation that thinks underwear is - well under.
  19. That's one of the reason I have benched all my 50's and up. I was trying to work on getting all the Alpha level shifts on one and it seems there is a headlong rush to have perfect characters for the new trials.

    I guess I'm an optimist. I want to believe that the game I love wants to keep me as a customer. The last two responese I got from A GM did not seem canned they actually seemed to be written by a human who understood the problem and talked about how there game play. If it was canned it was well done.

    A lot depends on if I get my points on the 4 th as promised 2 months running now.I will keep reporting it here if they fail again and keep opening support tickets. It seems a useless waste of support time and money to keep forcing players to jump thru hoops to get a promised product.
