I currently run a Fire/Storm troller and it does pretty effin well with damage... There's not a lot that she can't stand up to! I agree with the other sentiments, six slotting is most important on Lightning Storm and Tornado as those are your heavy damage powers. I usually try to get as much recharge and damage into those two as I can so they can be ready as soon as possible. Snow Storm, I only slot two endurance reducers into because I rarely use it with all the other powers at my disposal, and it has a decent enough debuff to begin with. I rarely use Hurricane unless I need to position mobs for AoE effects.

But a lot of people have MANY different ways to slot /Storm because depending on the primary, what you choose to slot for can change. With Fire/ being my primary, I go for a lot of damage and then stuns and holds so that the mobs I face can't do anything but stand around and die.

If you're not familiar with storm, I'd look up some of the guides to get a better feel for what each power does and how it relates well to the other pools. It helps give you a pretty good feel for what to slot for based on what you're looking to do with your toon!

I'm kind of bored with the game currently. Sort of got sucked into Aion which is where most of my gaming time is spent these days... But I WILL be there tonight! I swear on a stack of girl scouts! Wait... that sounds off...

I have to once again miss tonight I'm afraid! My friend is performing at a club tonight and wants us to be there, so I won't be able to make it. I'm really starting to get bummed out at all the badges and merits I've been missing! Oh, and the company of course!

I really tried to win the MB Phail award last night, but everytime I wandered off in Scrapper lock, those pesky trollers followed me and started kill stealing! Brats! :P

Glad everyone had fun! I'm sorry I didn't make it! Been off my schedule lately thanks to work and I just started playing Aion which has made my brain a little melty... I'll be there for next Monday though!

My system came from IBuyPower. On their website (not a third party retailer site) you can customize all the parts that go into your system. I've had mine for about two months now and the frickin thing is awesome! I looked around a LOT to try and find somewhere cheaper or more open for design possibilities and I really couldn't. That would be my vote, Turg. For what it's worth!

If it were available, I would totally abuse multi monitor support after Going Rogue. Right now my monitor is a 46" TV, but something about the ATI Eyefinity across three monitors is really digging into my spine... As in, I want it dammit!

But sadly, this is really the only computer game I play so I haven't tried to get it since it's not supported. But if it were, I would absolutely buy three monitors and go to town! But it would be after Going Rogue before I could shell out $600 or more for monitors. heh

I WILL be there for this one dangit! I barely got to play this weekend at all, even though I took thursday and friday off just for double xp! Then the drama last night... I feel withdrawls!!! Can't wait to run these! I don't think I have done either of them before!

I'm having pretty good results with my 5770, and Posi said they were getting surprising results from it in Ultra Mode as well. But until Ultra Mode is open to the public, not many people can offer advice on how the cards will handle. Only the devs and closed beta people know at this point. Sadly.

I will be in attendance! I like the side missions from Ouro like this. Makes it interesting to run stuff I haven't done in several years!
