Well, all i have to say is I13 and PvP. They really don't care about it, if they sink enough time into it, even if its good or bad, they will ignore every1 and just say that it was a success.....

It's still balanced on I12 grounds. Think of it this way, clickies are the way they are becuase they are on a recharge.

Thing is, say vs recharge slows toggles are superior due to having low recharge times and not dropping after so long. A clickie would run out of mez protection at one point and be forced to wait for the recharge.

With the clickies though, its possible to get stacking protection, and its active while mezzed, meaning if that dom could stack 3 mag 4 holds for 1 second, you would be held, but only for 1 sec, while a toggle user would be held for an entire duriation.

It's an odd thing to be complaining about, but it could use a small revamp due to I13 mez changes, thing about it is how could you change it while having minimal impact on players. Otherwise its really not a game breaking bug.

Farming for pvp io's is not a exploit. The reward/time ratio is to much for it to be a exploit. Sometimes it takes 2 30 min matches just to get 1. That's a hour for 1 recipe or roughly 80 kills.

If it wasn't for farmers farming these there would be NONE on the market. The ones that would be on the market would be so overpriced that noone would afford them, then pvp io's would just be useless.

the fact that people were sucessfully farming them enough to make statistics like this and yet people who actually pvp'd werent getting them should have been a red flag imo.

i hope this bug forces castle or whoever is working on this to put in some supression timer and up the drop rate to make it less farmable and more likely to end up in the hands of actual pvpers.

Seriously? If you wanted them in the hands of "actual PvP'ers," they would have to increase the drop rate. I have yet to receive an actual PvP io while PvP'ing, and I've done quite a bit.

On this note, i went through RV for a while, a few hours, 57 kills solo later and i hadn't received a pvp io actually pvping. That is prolly the longest i sat down and actually pvped.

Psst, theres no system just a bunch of people randomly button mashing and eating cookies. Oh and you have to think of different ways to kill castle while pvping, its a rule now.

Mez's suppress toggles for the brief half a second their effect is actually working. I know for a fact that my regen dips when mezzed on my regen stalker for a second or so due to suppressing intergration. My defense dips on my ninjitsu when i get hit by dominate due to my toggles suppressing.

Practiced brawler, Rin, Active Defense ect do not suppress becuase they are clickies and not toggles.

I can name several recipes that i've never even seen drop on my accounts over 4 years. Any numinas, respecs, miracle (big one), ToD, any purp in over 3 months, just to name a few. That's alot of playing on your "ok" drop rates not to get any of those several types at all.

i ran 9 farm runs (7 freakshows and 2 BMs, i beleive) set at 6 on vicious, i got 3 purples. Thats not counting other misc drops i got, i beleive i got a LotG D/E? somewhere in there aswell. I tink you should get better luck

Every target hit by the power has a chance for a seperate {Contagious Confusion} power to go off, this power has a 33% chance to give the same power to every target within 10ft.

Sort of like Chain induction of sorts with confuse instead of damage. Trow it in an AoE, its hilerious

Eh, i play triumph mostly, been considering makin/movin a toon to freedom for occassional practice, but im kinda borderline with it, dont know too many vill players over there.

Only vill player i have on my global that plays freedom is cyclo, and im not sure if he still plays, saw somewhere that he doesnt, but idk i dont look at my friends list much.

Unfortunetly its people that DO report every small tiny rule copyright blah blah blah, that keeps the GMs busy, this is why it takes 2 and a half hours to get a gm to respond the the fact that a sybil is stuck under the floor, theyre investigating nit picking petitions.

yes, I play on just about every server ... I'm not on Triumph regularly, but I've got a few toons there.

Last I saw, there was no exemption from the Rules of Conduct or EULA for Triumph or any other Server. Unless you're trying to use the "Everyone else was killing people, so I thought it was OK to kill people too" defense, I'm not sure what point you're trying to make.

The profanity filter is a tool to help protect people (generally children) who are playing the game ... it is not an excuse to ignore the rules of the game.

For those who haven't recently read the Rules of Conduct, some excerpts:
You may not use sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive language.

And from the EULA:
Member Conduct. You agree not to use the Service to: take any action or upload, post, e-mail or otherwise transmit any content as determined by NC Interactive at its sole discretion that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable

It may be reasonable to debate whether the phrase "No **** Sherlock" is obsene, but it is certainly not reasonable to expect someone to use the profanity filter to protect themselves from obscene language rather than putting the blame on the person who has violated the Rules of Conduct and EULA in the first place.
